Victoria Siegle Dead of Suspected Drug Overdose: The Queen of Versailles Star Died at Home

Victoria Siegle of The Queen of Versailles fame is dead of a suspected drug overdose. Well this is extremely shocking news. David and Jackie Siegle, the parents of 18-year-old Victoria Siegle, have made an announcement on their Facebook page confirming the death of their daughter Victoria, which was first reported by the Orlando Sentinel. Daily Mail is reporting that the death is a suspected drug overdose. There are not many details available yet as the family is doing their best to keep everything private, but after a report that Victoria died on Saturday, June 6, the family felt the need to respond and clarify as much as they could.

Jackie Siegle has taken to Facebook on Sunday, June 7 to confirm the news. She writes, “It is with great sadness that we ask you to respect our privacy during this tragic time and the loss of our beloved daughter, Victoria. Thank you all for your prayers and for your support. As more information comes out the family will share it, until that time there is no comment.”

The Siegel family are known as the stars of the documentary film, The Queen of Versailles, and are the owners of the Westgate resorts. The Orlando Sentinel reports that Victoria Siegel was first found unresponsive by deputy sheriffs at the Siegel’s mansion on Green Island Cove a little after 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 6. She was then taken to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, but unfortunately was pronounced dead shortly after.

At this time, the medical examiner is still determine the cause and manner of death. Jeff Williamson, spokesman for the Orange Country sheriffs, said, “The victim’s father has informed investigators that he will be making a statement in the coming days regarding the death of his daughter and is requesting privacy at this time.”

We will absolutely be following this case because there is something that the family does not want the public to know – could it be the suspected drug overdose death? We send our condolences in this difficult time for the family and hope that they do not have to wait long to find out the cause behind Victoria’s death.
