When is Teresa Giudice Getting Out of Prison: Early Christmas Release for Christmas for RHONJ Felon?

When is Teresa Giudice getting out of prison? The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was originally sentenced 15 months for bankruptcy fraud after she and husband Joe Giudice’s empire (built from the ground up on lies and fraud) came crumbling down. But, according to a new report – Teresa Giudice is up for early release and the Bravo celebrity will be home for the holidays and able to spend Christmas with her kids and charming husband.

Radar Online reveals, “Teresa won’t be required to go to a halfway house because that is typically for those that have been behind bars for a much longer term than the thirteen months Teresa will have served. Individuals that go to a halfway house need assistance and to be monitored as they transition back into society. Teresa wasn’t sent away long enough for that to be an issue. She is counting down the days until she will be reunited with the family for Christmas.”

Of course, Teresa Giudice’s upcoming release will still have stipulations – like the fact that she will be on parole and will be required to get a job. The judge is not going to accept “Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member” as an occupation. Sources say that there is a good chance that Teresa will wind up working at her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga’s boutique – but we all know how fragile those two women’s relationship is … and who knows how long that will last.

Besides, rumor has it Joe and Melissa Gorga’s business ventures are about at legit as the Giudice’s were – so Teresa might not want to get caught up in another questionable business while she is on parole.

Several sources have reported that once Teresa Giudice is home, she will begin filming Real Housewives of New Jersey again. Regardless, there is no way Bravo cameras will miss her homecoming, especially during the holidays.
