Zach Seabaugh Voted Off The Voice 2015: Season 9 Episode 25 'Live Semi-Final Results' 12/8/15!

Zach Seabaugh has been eliminated from The Voice, Season 9. The hip wiggling teen heartthrob may have seemed like a solid choice for the finals, but it all came crashing down tonight. The competition is just too stiff this year and Zach Seabaugh was voted off The Voice.

Team Blake’s Zach Seabaugh is still in high school and, in the last year or so, has turned away from pursuing sports and set his sights on music, getting involved with musical theater at Kennesaw Mountain High School back home in Georgia.

Zach may have abandoned the gridiron for The Voice competition stage, but it’s fair to say that even after Zach Seabaugh was eliminated from The Voice, his country crooning career will still happen. He’s driven the ladies wild time and again with his dance moves.

Plus both his coach Blake and rival coach Adam Levine have been wowed by the 17-year old’s smooth baritone. In fact, Adam lamented that his voice is nowhere near that deep and he can do the high notes, but not the low like the teen singer.

Seabaugh has done will with country standards but his cover last week of Queen’s Crazy Little Thing Called Love was nowhere near as inspired as the original. This week, for the semi-finals round, Zach chose a country hit with Miley Cyrus’ The Climb.

He did a lovely job and it was much better than last week’s Queen cover, but it was not enough to save Zach from being voted off the reality singing show. Zach landed in the number nine spot on iTunes overnight well behind Jordan Smith who landed at number one – with a more inspired Queen cover.

Zach had a last ditch shot with the Instant Save and he sang “Live Like You Were Dying” by Tim McGraw. He did a solid job, but it was not good enough to edge out Jeffery Austin who brought down the house with Ed Sheeran’s “Make It Rain.”

Blake’s chances of pulling out yet another win as The Voice’s best coach now rest on other shoulders. We just hope that Blake will take the teen singing prodigy back to Nashville with him and hook him up with a recording contract. Otherwise, it’s back to high school. Good luck Zach!
