George Clooney threw a star-studded Halloween bash with his Casamigos partner Rande Gerber and his wife Cindy Crawford but unfortunately Amal Alamuddin was nowhere to be seen. In fact, there’s speculation that Amal skipped the party simply because George’s ex-girlfriend Stacy Kiebler was there.
Even though a number of A-list stars were at the party, including Leonardo di Caprio, Tobey Maguire, and Sylvester Stallone, Amal was no where to be seen. Is it because the lawyer thinks a party in which so many people are dressed scantily clad and provocative is beneath her?
Plus, his ex Stacy Kiebler was there wearing a skin-tight top and skirt that showed off her enviable body. There’s no way Amal would humiliate herself by wearing something just as revealing – since it was a Hollywood party after all – knowing that the media would compare her figure to Stacy’s toned abs and legs, especially when she looks no where near as good.
Even though Amal Alamuddin has helped George Clooney promote his Casamigos brand in the past, which included a trip to the Spanish party island of Ibiza with Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford, she sat this one out. Plus, it’s been long speculated that Amal hates the Hollywood crowd and has been trying to hard to distance George from them.
Simply put, she would have nothing to talk about to anyone at the party, which included plenty of desperate models and television actors that haven’t had any stable work in years. Amal thinks of herself as a woman who belongs in the UN, not at a drunken Beverly Hills soiree in which everyone is dressed to make tabloid headlines.
It’s without a doubt that Amal Alamuddin loves being the center of attention, but if there’s something she won’t do, it’s rub elbows with D-list stars at a Hollywood Halloween party. Amal makes it clear to everyone around her that she’s a distinguished International human rights lawyer, not some desperate reality television star and that’s why she would never allow herself to be photographed with anyone, let alone be in the same room as them.
