On tonight’s episode of “America’s Got Talent,” it’s Round 3 of the Live Auditions, where 12 more contestants will compete for a chance at $1 million and their own show in Las Vegas.

Tonight’s first contestant is Estonian contortionist Vello Vaher. His pirate-themed act received a red X from judge Simon Cowell halfway through: he felt that if it weren’t for the pirate ship the act would have resembled a sack on a conveyer belt. Howie, still unsure as to what exactly Vello Vaher does, liked the act. Mel B. and Heidi both liked his bizarre talent and enjoyed his act.

Next up is 62-year-old singer Ronee Martin, performing “Lean On Me.” Mel B. and Heidi loved her performance and look; Simon said she did a great job but it was up to America now and Howie rounded out the judges’ review by imploring the audience to vote.

The next act to compete is magician Kadan Bart Rockett and his sister Brooklyn. During his act he had each judge place a pair of handcuffs on his wrists before locking himself in a box on a chainsaw conveyor belt, reappearing on the other side of the stage. Heidi loved the originality of the act, Simon was blown away by the magic and showmanship, Mel B. was impressed by the element of surprise and Howie again urged viewers to vote for their favorites.

Musical group Linkin’ Bridge are the next performers to compete, showcasing their harmonies with a doo wop version of “You Are Always On My Mind.” Simon felt that the song was not their best but liked the group overall. Howie liked the song and called the performance “beautiful.” Mel B. applauded their harmonies.

Nick Cannon announced that Michael Phelps will be on tomorrow’s live results show.

Dancers Daniel Joyner and his mom Alla performed a retro-styled dance to a contemporary pop song. Howie gave them a red X halfway through their performance, saying that although they are both amazing dancers, their routine wasn’t anything they hadn’t done before. Mel B. said they should have added more but overall enjoyed the show. Heidi thought Daniel’s performance was adorable. Simon suggested that Daniel fire his mom and try to move forward on his own.

Magician Blake Vogt is up next. His performance began with asking a random audience member to name any kind of bird in the entire world. When she replied “blue jay” he then made a blue jay egg appear in a suspended box. Then, through a process of elimination, the judges named a single card, the Queen of Diamonds, from an entire deck. Blake had Simon crack open the blue jay egg to reveal the Queen of Diamonds card inside. After that, he opened the suspended box in the rafters to reveal the word “blue jay” written inside. Mel B. was wowed, Heidi was flabbergasted and Simon was blown away.

Family musical group Edgar competed next, performing “You’ve Got a Friend” which received a standing ovation by the judges. Heidi loved the way the family performed, Simon said the performance was fantastic, Howie felt that the group raised to the occasion and Mel B. said the song was perfect.

Comedian Julia Scotti took the stage next, delivering her trademark saucy sense of humor. Simon appreciated her inappropriate style, Howie loved her act and Mel B. said she was rooting for her.

Brian Justin Crum sang Phil Collins’ “In The Air Tonight” next. Simon appreciated his ability to take a song and make it his own, Heidi called it the best performance of the night, Mel B. said he had the complete package and Howie summed up the performance with one word: epic.

Brazilian group Malevo took the stage next with a performance that fused dance with intense drumming. Their performance received a standing ovation from the judges. Mel B. loved everything about the performance, Heidi said the energy was incredible, Simon said the piece was outstanding.

The next act to perform are the juggling duo The Passing Zone. The two used Heidi, Howie and Mel B. in their act, juggling the three from wires suspended in the ceiling. Simon called it one of the weirdest things he has ever seen, Heidi loved the experience, Mel B. thought it was scary but fun.

Twelve-year-old singer and ukulele player Grace Vanderwaal was the last contestant of the evening and performed a song she wrote about her sister. Her song received a standing ovation from the judges. Simon said she was a charming and talented performer, Heidi said she was one in a million, Mel B. felt she had a memorable voice and Howie said she will be the biggest star the show has ever produced.
