According to an all new report, former Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock is pregnant. This is Desiree and her husband Chris Siegfried’s first baby together. Desiree Hartsock was really one of the last “traditional” Bachelorettes that we had. If you don’t recall, she appeared in Season 9 of the ABC reality dating show back in 2013, after she had been dumped by Bachelor Sean Lowe. Desiree and her new husband Chris got their happily ever after. The couple married in a very private wedding ceremony in January 2015.
Since Desiree gave her final rose to Chris Siegfried, the couple has shied away from the media, and been relatively private compared to some of the other contestants on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. But, Desiree Hartsock did open up to US Weekly about her pregnancy, and revealed that her due date is sometime in Fall 2016.
Desiree and Chris explained to US Weekly that they learned they were expecting back in February. They went to Hawaii to celebrate Valentine’s Day and their one year wedding anniversary. Desiree was feeling under the weather, so she took an at home pregnancy test and that was how they found out the good news!
Congratulations are definitely in order for the former Bachelorette Desiree and her husband Chris. SO far there is no news yet on whether the reality TV couple is having a baby boy or a girl, but seeing as how they just found out they were pregnant two months ago, they may not even know the sex of the baby yet.
