Once again things didn’t work out for Vincent on tonight’s episode of “Beauty and The Beast”. Vincent and his friends had recently come up with what they thought was a foolproof plan and it seems that they knew the risks going in. However, there was something that they didn’t count on. They hadn’t counted on Vincent getting taken prisoner. Or that he would be tortured by the very same people that were allegedly supposed to bring him in alive.

Though Graydal surprisingly had another name for what they put Vincent through. The owner and CEO of Graydal had said that the benefactor that had original hired them to capture Vincent had also needed certain tests to be performed before Vincent was handed over. The tests on the other hand, didn’t appear to be anything close to scientific. So it had just been plain torture. Vincent had been continuously electrocuted, starved, sleep deprived because this “benefactor” had wanted to prove something yet there didn’t look as if there was any end in sight seeing as the benefactor also wanted Vincent to perform certain tasks for him in the real world.

Graydal had eventually let Vincent go, but they hadn’t given Vincent much choice in what happened next. Vincent had been told that he had been recorded in Graydal’s basement so that meant the Braxton and his people had footage of Vincent beasting out. So Vincent had been threatened with that footage because if he didn’t do want they wanted him to do then they were going to expose him and if he ended up exposing himself while carrying out whatever they demanded then they were also going to leave him to face the consequences on his own. Beginning with the murder of the late Deputy Secretary Hill.

So Vincent had been allowed to walk out of Graydal alive however he knew it wouldn’t be long before they gave him a task so he went on to finally fill in Cat and JT. Vincent’s wife and best friend had been worried sick about Vincent because they too had found in a flaw in their plan. It seems they thought that they could simply monitor Graydal entrance and exists to see when Vincent would be moved like Graydal wouldn’t have any secret escapes. Yet, they quickly caught on to there being more than four exist when DHS had raided Greydal in order to look for Vincent and had ended up walking away empty-handed.

Apparently, that’s when it hit them that Graydal could have already moved Vincent to secret location. But luckily for them, Vincent popped up with back at their hideout and he had plenty to tell them. So Vincent had been filling them in on what happened and the deal he had been forced to make with the bounty hunters when his new cell phone rang. Greydal had given him a phone that would describe the latest test. And unfortunately, the test was for Vincent to break into Cat’s old precinct and steal evidence that was used against known criminal Erick Lee.

Erick Lee was kind of a big catch for the police department. So they had been building a case against for years on end. However, Vincent had been told to steal the evidence and Cat didn’t want her husband to risk imprisonment so she told him that she would steal it. Cat as technically still a DHS agent and she also had a relationship with many of the police officers at her old station. And so Cat had believed that it wouldn’t be such a risk for her though she had forgotten all about Tess.

Tess had earlier told her friends that she couldn’t keep crossing the line for them so Cat had promised her that she would keep her out of the whole beast thing. Though the thing with the test and Erick Lee ended up ruining those planes because Cat had run into Tess while she had been leaving the precinct. So Tess had figured it out pretty quickly that it had been Cat when evidence against a Triad member suddenly went missing, but Tess was sticking to her guns on this one and had arrested Cat. Cat’s husband after all had been photographed handing over a package to Lee so that had made things incredibly awkward for everyone because that had made Cat look guilty by association.

Yet, the photographs of Vincent handing over that package had conspicuously been left on Agent Dylan’s desk. So it wasn’t until later, after Cat had been arrested, that she and Tess figured out that someone was setting Vincent up although they couldn’t’ figure out why so Cat had asked Tess to let her go so that she could help Vincent before he was hurt. Cat had told Tess that she was a little fish compared to Graydal and the rest so Tess had agreed to release on one condition. As long as Cat was able to reel in the bigger fish then she was willing to forget that she saw Cat on the day the evidence went missing.

So Cat met up with Vincent to see if their other plan was working out. Cat had asked JT to hack Graydal so that they could remove all footage of Vincent beasting out, but she hadn’t known that JT would again take things too far. JT had enlisted Heather’s help to act a married couple that wants to hire Graydal so it wasn’t that much of a surprise that Braxton had taken both JT and Heather prisoner. Braxton apparently didn’t care anymore that Vincent was trying to back out of their deal because he had been revealed in the process as the benefactor. Meaning that there hadn’t been a third person that hired Graydal to find Vincent – it had simply been Braxton.

And therefore it had been Braxton’s plan to bring Vincent in and even test him. But Cat and Vincent were sick of Braxton’s games so they went ahead with their first plan to begin with. They had led DHS right to Graydal’s front door and there they had left behind both footage of Braxton admitting to the many atrocities he carried out over the years as well Braxton trapped in a cage awaiting arrest. So Cat and Vincent had taken of that problem and they had also gotten JT and Heather out of there before they could be found by DHS yet they had quickly escaped before JT could erase the footage.

That footage had the power to destroy Vincent. Yet, he didn’t want to risk anything or anyone by trying to erase it a second time. So he was merely waiting around until DHS realized what he was when Tess contacted Cat. Tess had told them that Braxton had been killed in custody and strangely it looked as if Braxton had been killed by a beast.

Braxton had made one confession before Cat and Vincent had left him to face Agent Dylan. He had told that he had to test Vincent because he had to see if Vincent could handle the other beast. Then he had gone on and on about how he was the only that could see the threat and that he was doing good things that no one else was because this other beast was worse than anything he’s ever seen. So everyone had been pretty quick to dismiss what he said at first. Although, everything changed after Cat and Vincent’s saw Braxton’s body for themselves.

THE END!
