Selena Gomez took to her Instagram account to post a picture with the one and only Brad Pitt who she spent time with following the Golden Globes last night in Hollywood. Seeing Brad Pitt and Selena Gomez bond in the photo was adorable – let’s hope Angelina Jolie thinks so too!
My first thoughts when I saw the snap of these two getting cozy during the Golden Globes after party hosted by InStyle and Warner Bros. weren’t all that positive. I immediately thought scandal…. Angelina Jolie chewing out Brad back home! I guess that it comes as second nature. Haha.
My bad. It was really a simple session of talking shop. In case you missed it, Brad Pitt and Selena Gomez were both in the recent movie, The Big Short. To be specific, Brad starred in it and Selena did a quick cameo as herself.
They must have had a lot to talk about though in spite of the fact that her part in the movie wasn’t anything to write home about. There has been some speculation that the two are in the works on a new project. But as of yet, I am not seeing anything from these two collaboratively.
We shall see though. Gomez naturally thinks that Brad is hot, who in their right mind doesn’t?! She also has eyes for Ryan Gosling…. again, who doesn’t?! She confessed to People at the party prior to her sit down with Brad Pitt,
“I’m not going to lie, it’s nice to, like, look at all of the hot guys that I admire,” she said. “Like, I’m trying to find Ryan Gosling and Brad Pitt right now.”
I love her honesty! Why not, right?
Selena Gomez looked as classy as ever, as you can see in the photo above, wearing a J. Mendel gown that suited her perfectly.
So what does the Hands to Myself singer have on tap for 2016? In Dubious Battle, The Revised Fundamentals of Caregiving, and finally Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. The year is still very young, so you can expect to see a lot more in the works for Miss Gomez.
As for Brad Pitt, he always has something brewing for us. Up first it will be the highly anticipated, War Machine. After that, he will star in a WWII romantic thriller that remains untitled at this time. Then next year in 2017, we can all look forward to his sequel film, World War Z 2.
