“Days of Our Lives” (DOOL) spoilers tease that Shawn (Brandon Beemer) will have a dilemma on his hands on this week’s episodes. Things have been rolling right along for Shawn and Lani (Sal Stowers) lately. Lani has certainly made her feelings known. She’s become quite clingy and she’s constantly trying to coax Shawn into having sex.
Shawn was initially creeped out by the borderline stalker-ish behavior, but he’s really grown to like Lani.
However, Shawn just can’t help but feel drawn to Belle (Martha Madison). The tension is starting to lift and that’s creating hope for a full-fledged reunion. DOOL spoilers say Shawn will admit that he’s willing to give his ex another shot.
Belle is obviously struggling with her feelings as well, so she’ll give the idea some thought.
Of course, Belle and Shawn will have to make confessions to their other romantic partners. Shawn has moved on with Lani and Belle has been trying to rekindle her spark with Philip (John-Paul Lavoiser). These situations need to be addressed before they go any further.
“Days of Our Lives” spoilers indicate that Shawn will feel somewhat conflicted. He’s definitely attracted to Lani and he doesn’t want to hurt her. Plus, it’s never a sure thing with Belle. Shawn will believe their relationship could quickly fall apart again.
Nevertheless, Shawn will think he owes Lani honesty. He’ll acknowledge that he still loves Belle and that he may want to see where it leads. “Days” spoilers suggest that Lani will be green with envy when she gets updates on the news. She’ll hide her jealous rage as she urges Shawn to do whatever makes him happy.
Next, it’ll be Belle’s turn to drop the bomb on Philip. DOOL viewers know that Philip sensed Belle was longing for Shawn and encouraged her to reach out to him. Still, it’s going to sting when Philip finds out they’re actually reconnecting. Philip will politely smile and congratulate Belle, but he’ll attempt to drink away the pain later.
Philip’s plan to reunite with Belle may have failed, but he might have an opportunity to reconnect with another former flame. Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) is headed to town soon. This show tends to recycle love interests. Stick with “Days of Our Lives” to see if Philip and Chloe will get back together.
