Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa (Jen Lilley) will have an announcement to make. They’ve settled on a date for their wedding and they’ll want to spread the news. Victor (John Aniston), Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) and Summer (Marie Wilson) will all get updates on the big day.
Theresa and Brady will reveal that they plan to tie the knot this August. However, Days spoilers say Theresa will have some lingering fears about Summer. Theresa will admit that she still feels apprehensive with Summer around. She just can’t trust that Summer won’t try to steal her man.
Brady will contend that this is getting ridiculous. He’ll maintain that Theresa shouldn’t worry about Summer being a threat to their relationship. Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Brady will assure Theresa that he loves her. He’ll try to dissolve Theresa’s insecurities in hopes that she’ll give it a rest.
Of course, Theresa’s concerns are entirely appropriate considering the circumstances. Brady received Daniel’s (Shawn Christian) heart and it led him to Summer. He saved Summer’s life and she’s become obsessed with her hero. Summer also has a few secrets, but one of them won’t be a secret for long.
DOOL viewers will remember that Summer’s former associate showed up back in May. Clark (Josh Burrow) put the squeeze on Brady, who quickly forked over the cash. Then, Clark handed over a cut of the money to Summer (aka Cindy).
When Clark tried to force Summer into a kiss, she shoved him away and he hit his head on the nightstand. Clark died instantly and Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) helped Summer cover it up. We all knew that would come back to haunt Summer. The day of reckoning has finally arrived.
Clark’s sister, Janet (Alla Korat), will come to Salem to learn what happened to her brother. She’ll reach out to John (Drake Hogestyn) and he’ll begin investigating. It’s not clear if Janet knows Summer or not, but she’ll likely be suspicious as soon as she sees her. Janet is the kind of woman who knows how to read people.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Summer will panic when she realizes Janet is stirring up trouble. She’ll fill Dario in on their surprise guest. He’ll probably tell Summer to cool it, but that’s not something Summer is very good at. Her nerves will get the best of her as the walls close in.
This is certainly a huge mess for Summer, but it’s about to get even messier. There are some twists in the works that you won’t see coming. As of right now, it doesn’t look like Summer is headed to prison – at least not for anything related to Clark’s death. It was a freak accident and this storyline will focus more on her lies to Brady.
It appears we’re getting a complex exit storyline for everyone’s least favorite con artist. Summer will shake things up for Brady and Theresa before she hits the road.
