Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Aiden (Daniel Cosgrove) will plan on making the most of his new job. It took a bit of scheming to score this position, but Aiden is now officially the district attorney. Justin (Wally Kurth) will have to deal with the consequences of what he’s done. He’s undoubtedly wishing he’d never destroyed that evidence.
While Justin worries about his future, Aiden will feel like he’s finally on the path to success. Days fans know that things rarely turn out well for Aiden. Of course, that’s his own fault. Aiden should wise up and realize that Andre (Thaao Penghlis) is only looking out for number one. These dirty DiMera deals tend to end in disaster.
Nevertheless, Aiden will focus on his new career and all of the benefits it offers. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Aiden will quickly begin to abuse his power. Aiden has always been a shady character, but he usually fell into the category of an OK guy who made terrible mistakes. It appears Aiden is about to take on a much more sinister role.
Will Aiden eventually embrace the dark side? Will he give up on his ideas of being a good man and just become a full-on villain? We wouldn’t be surprised. Aiden has been inching toward this moment for a long time. We all knew it would be tough for Aiden to recover from his initial mission to win over Hope (Kristian Alfonso).
Aiden was working for the DiMeras and his goal was to make Hope forget about Bo (Peter Reckell). He later plotted to kill Hope for the insurance money. It was just another example of Aiden caving to DiMera pressure. After Aiden was swapped with an evil doppelganger, he was held hostage by Andre for six months.
Aiden decided he wanted Hope in his life and he managed to escape. Then, he simply spewed lies. Aiden realized a reunion wouldn’t happen if Hope knew he was swapped at the last possible second. He cooked up a bogus story and his deception came back to haunt him.
Now there’s seemingly no chance for Hope and Aiden, which means trouble is brewing. Andre has already dropped a few hints about Hope murdering Stefano (Joseph Mascolo). Aiden will soon do a little digging and that could lead to total mayhem. Hope and Rafe’s (Galen Gering) efforts to bring Aiden down could result in a stunning betrayal.
Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Aiden well may be able to get a recording of Hope’s confession. Once he’s got the goods, Aiden can drop the bomb. DOOL’s latest promo shows Aiden whipping out his phone and urging Hope to admit she killed Stefano.
It’s clear that Rafe wants Aiden behind bars, but Hope could end up there instead. Naturally, Andre will do whatever he can to help Aiden pull off this plan. Aiden is basically Andre’s puppet at this point.
