Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, September 28, tease that Orpheus (George DelHoyo), Clyde (James Read) and Xander (Paul Telfer) are about to secure another hostage. They already have Joey (James Lastovic), but they’re saving him to use as leverage down the road. Clyde mentioned that they could use a second prisoner to trade for money and anything else they need.
Orpheus thinks Clyde has had a decent idea for once. He knows who to snatch and exactly how to do it. Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Orpheus will manage to kidnap Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan). He’ll drag her back to the warehouse and make sure she’s tied up tight next to Joey.
Then, the fun will begin – at least for the villains. Orpheus will order Claire to call her grandfather and she’ll comply. Once John (Drake Hogestyn) answers and asks where Claire is, Orpheus will grab the phone. He’ll enjoy taunting John about gaining the upper hand.
DOOL spoilers state that Orpheus will deliver some important instructions. He’ll suggest he’d better get what he wants or John can kiss his precious granddaughter goodbye. Steve (Stephen Nichols) will help John with a rescue mission later this week. They’ll achieve their goal, but there are going to be consequences. Angering the fugitives will certainly come at a price.
In the meantime, Days spoilers say Marlena (Deidre Hall) will have a chat with Abe (James Reynolds). Since Marlena did a psychological evaluation of Clyde, she’ll try to help Abe understand where his head is at. They’ll hope that they can figure out what Clyde has in store and how to stop it.
Of course, Clyde is trickier than they think. He’ll pull off a sneak attack before the week is over. Speaking of sneakiness, Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Sonny (Freddie Smith) will come up with a sly scheme in Wednesday’s episode. It looks like they’re planning a raid, but this isn’t going to turn out very well.
Elsewhere, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) will offer guidance to JJ (Casey Moss). Days of Our Lives spoilers hint that Jennifer will talk to her son about second chances. Perhaps Jennifer will urge JJ to let go of any animosity he has toward Chad (Billy Flynn). He’s a nice guy who loved Abigail (Kate Mansi) with all of his heart.
JJ needs to realize that Chad wasn’t Abigail’s enemy. Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) was the one who nearly drove Abby off the deep end. Meanwhile, Gabi (Camila Banus) will spend even more time connecting with Chad. They’ll run into each other and discuss their panic room ordeal.
Later, JJ will do his best to keep Gabi focused on their relationship. Days spoilers reveal that JJ will try to spice things up with a little passion. He’ll make some romantic plans and hope that Gabi will appreciate his sweet gesture.
