Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Kate (Lauren Koslow) will reluctantly agree to help Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier). Thanks to Deimos (Vincent Irizarry), Chloe will soon be forced to take a court-ordered paternity test. Kate’s not really on board with this baby charade, but Philip will convince her that assisting them could be beneficial.
Kate will work her magic, which may mean bribing a lab tech or something along those lines. Elsewhere, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) will suspect that Deimos is keeping something from her. She’ll eventually get updates on Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) being hired to dig up info.
Deimos is desperate for answers about this child, but that’s no excuse for his shadiness. Nicole won’t be pleased by Deimos’ actions, but she’ll put the issue aside for the time being. Days spoilers say Nicole will realize Chloe must be nervous. Chloe already told Nicole this was Deimos’ baby, but she’s hoping Kate will come through for her.
Chloe will admit that she’s starting to look forward to having another little one. Nicole will support her friend as they prepare to get the results of the paternity test. DOOL spoilers indicate that Philip will talk some smack in Deimos’ presence. He’ll be certain that Deimos is going to be disappointed by the results.
It turns out Philip is right. Days of Our Lives spoilers state that Deimos will indeed be disappointed, but so will Philip. The doctor will insist that this kid doesn’t belong to Philip or Deimos. He’ll suggest that someone else must be the “baby daddy.”
Obviously, everyone involved will be blown away. Nobody will be more surprised than Chloe! We know Chloe isn’t lying about any of this. Days fans have seen plenty of private moments where Chloe worried specifically about Deimos learning the truth. If Chloe slept with another man, she doesn’t remember.
That leaves us with a few options to consider. First of all, we have Kate. She hates Chloe and she’s not too keen on the idea of Philip raising a child with her. However, it appears Kate will keep her end of the bargain. The test tampering will apparently be botched, but it probably won’t be Kate’s fault.
That brings us to Chloe. As we mentioned, Chloe clearly isn’t knowingly lying. Of course, Philip and Kate aren’t aware of that. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that they’ll both wonder what Chloe is trying to pull. Chloe will maintain that she has no clue what happened, but they won’t buy it.
Philip and Kate will contend that whatever Chloe does next is up to her. They’re done with this mess. Meanwhile, Nicole will comfort a brokenhearted Deimos. He’ll be upset, but he won’t be sure he trusts the paternity test results. Deimos will undoubtedly sniff around to figure out what’s up.
As for Chloe, she’ll be scratching her head over this unexpected development. DOOL viewers are in the same boat. Was the test tampered with by someone other than Kate? Is Deimos actually the father? Did Chloe have drunken sex one night? Was Chloe drugged and implanted with an embryo? Anything is possible here.
