“Days of Our Lives” spoilers tease that Joey (James Lastovic) will begin to crack under the pressure on this week and next week’s epsiodes. Joey pretends to be a tough guy when he’s angry, but he’s quite vulnerable deep down. DOOL viewers have seen Joey shed tears several times lately. Now that Joey has murder on his conscience, the guilt is really starting to get to him.
First of all, Joey took a life. That would be hard for anyone to handle, but it’s especially difficult for a high schooler. Joey should be worried about turning in his history homework, not mulling over a murder he committed. No one is truly broken up over Ava’s (Tamara Braun) demise, but Joey is still responsible for her death. It’s obviously a lot to deal with.
On top of that, Days spoilers know that Joey is watching Steve (Stephen Nichols) take the blame. “Days of Our Lives” spoilers say Steve and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) will make great strides in their efforts to make the case for self-defense. Nevertheless, Joey will fear that their findings won’t be enough.
There’s no way Joey will sit back and watch his father go to prison in his place. If Joey sees that Steve’s plan isn’t going to work, you can bet that he’ll confess to the police in a heartbeat. Hopefully, it won’t come to that. However, it seems Joey will at least confide in a buddy or two.
“Days” spoilers reveal that Joey will blurt out a startling admission soon. We have to wonder who he’ll tell. Will it be close friend like Ciara (Vivian Jovanni), Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan) or Theo (Kyler Pettis)? It’s possible, but we should consider Joey’s new gal pal, Jade (Paige Searcy), as well.
DOOL brought Jade in for a reason and this would be the perfect opportunity for them to bond through a secret. Jade has a bit of a wild side and if anyone is going to give Joey a pass for murdering someone, it’d probably be her.
Even so, this is a dangerous move. Regardless of which character Joey confides in, secret spillage is never a good thing. People can eavesdrop and confidants can stab you in the back. Luckily, both James Lastovic and Stephen Nichols still appear to be taping. There’s a good chance they’ll both be in the clear before long.
