New General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the Thursday, September 22 episode show that Morgan seeks help, Michael and Carly cross swords again over Sabrina, Claudette continues her scam, Julian wants to know Ava’s secret, and Paul seems intent on killing again.
After Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) assaulted Joe Rivera (Jeffrey Parise), he knows he’s going down a dark path. Everyone is increasingly concerned about him. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) see alarming signs as well.
Sonny and Carly will spend time with Morgan and Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) and notice the hallmark signs of a bipolar spiral, but Morgan insists he’s taking his medication – and he’s telling the truth. Sonny worries about Morgan and Morgan, in turn, goes to Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery).
Sonny tells Morgan that Carly is upset and Kiki chats with Carly about her relationship. She thinks Sonny and Carly need to relax and says if her mom Ava Jerome (Maura West) can accept them, it seems like Carly should as well.
Will Andre figure out that something is wrong with Morgan and adjust his meds? Or will things go undiagnosed and Morgan will continue to spiral down? Julian Jerome (William deVry) is enjoying his new lease on life as a free man but wants to know how Ava accomplished this feat.
The brother and sister chat at Kelly’s and Julian asks if she blackmailed Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) to get his trial to go badly. Will Ava spill Paul’s serial killer secret to her brother Julian or keep that locked down tight? Maybe it’s better if she tells someone…
Over at the Quartermaine mansion, Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) is lurking around. General Hospital spoilers tease that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) overhears something when she’s at the wrong place and time. Is it Paul confessing some of his dark deeds?
Paul hears a noise upstairs, a door shutting, and wonders if he was observed. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) also visits the Qs, likely to offer condolences to Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) on the loss of Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo).
Will Griffin conduct her funeral service since Sabrina is Catholic? Griffin is called away from the Qs by Claudette Bolland (Bree Williamson) who tells Griffin it’s urgent that she see him. Is she going to spring the daughter news on him too?
Looks like Claudette will tell Griffin and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) both that Charlotte is their daughter to cover all her bases. Nathan comes clean to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about Claudette’s kid and says she told him the child is his.
But with Claudette, it could be either of them that’s the baby daddy – or neither. Did she invent the kid to get the protection she needs? There’s no depth to which Claudette will not sink. Everyone spends Thursday gearing up for Sabrina’s funeral on Friday and it’s a sad day in Port Charles.
