General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) may have made a deal with the devil when he bargained with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to get his drugs. Will Finn grant Sonny illicit access to Julian Jerome (William deVry) that results in more GH drama?
Remember that Finn was terribly desperate when he approached Sonny about getting him his illegal drugs but he had no choice. Even though Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) advocated to get the drugs using her mom Naomi Dreyfus’ (Robin Riker) contacts, that didn’t pan out.

So it’s a good thing that Finn appealed to Sonny. Of course, even that was a risk since Sonny is not a man to be trifled with – but Sonny will come back to Finn and tell him that he’ll swap him the drugs because he helped out Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) with the kidney case.
But that’s not the only reason Sonny is helping – it’s all about his vendetta against Julian. You’ll recall that Sonny tried to get access to Julian’s room at GH where his rival mob boss is recovering from his stabbing and also being tormented by the spirit of Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Parise).
But Sonny got shut down and was told that only family is allowed into the room. Even trying to lean on Felix DuBois (Marc Samuel) didn’t work so Sonny needs an assist to get him access to Julian where they can talk one on one before Julian is behind bars and Sonny can’t get his hands on him.
So when Sonny comes back to Finn and tells him it’s a “yes” on the illegal drugs but the deal is that he has to use his doctor access at GH to get him into Julian’s room, Finn will have to think long and hard about it.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) just got Finn unsuspended. Will he takes his new badge and use it to do bad by allowing Sonny access to an off-limits patient room? Finn has to know that Sonny will not use this access to do anything good.
It’s not like Sonny plans to drop by with a “get well” card, teddy bear and balloons for his mob rival. As far as Finn knows, Sonny might go into the room and finish Julian off since he’s in a weakened state, handcuffed to a bed, and can’t fight back. So will Finn agree to Sonny’s terms?
We know that Finn considers life as a precious thing but if it came down to his life or Julian’s, wouldn’t Finn choose himself? After all, Finn is a doctor who saves lives and Julian is a thug who takes lives. Finn may not like Sonny’s terms and may try to refuse but, in the end, it’s likely he’ll accept them.
But what will Sonny do when Finn gets him access to Julian? General Hospital spoilers reveal that Sonny writes Julian a grim reality check about his future. Will Sonny tell Julian to plead guilty and accept his fate or he’ll whack him? That sort of ultimatum didn’t work on Julian before.
Remember when Sonny threatened Julian when Carlos was first captured and arrested and in the holding cells at the PCPD? Sonny flat out told Julian that if he took out Carlos, Sonny would move against Julian. But now Carlos is pushing up daisies and Julian is still breathing.
Is Sonny coming to GH to make good on his promise? General Hospital spoilers reveal that Julian will still be alive in days to come because Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) will come to confront him after her return from Cassadine Island.
But Julian might survive because Sonny might not have the chance to kill Julian if someone catches Sonny lurking where he should not be. We’ll see how it all works out but the bottom line is that after Sonny visits Julian at GH – thanks to Finn – Julian will be more desperate to escape his fate.
