“General Hospital” (GH) spoilers tease that enemies Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) may have a nasty surprise coming their way on next week’s episodes. Are Hayden and Liz fraternal twins separated at birth?
When Naomi Dreyfus (Robin Riker) showed up and found Hayden and Liz in an all-out catfight, she was more amused than stunned. But did you notice that when Hayden said Liz’s last name “Webber” that her mom’s jaw dropped?
Why would Naomi know anything about the Port Charles’ Webber clan unless she had a tie to them? Several General Hospital spoilers have hinted that Liz and Hayden might have a tie and that Naomi would reveal that the two are secret sisters.

But could they, in fact, be TWINS? They don’t look identical, so that would make them fraternal twins. Could Naomi have been in a relationship with Liz’s father Jeff Webber (Richard Dean Anderson) and they did a “Parent Trap” style twin split?
Might Naomi have taken Hayden with her to raise and left Liz with Jeff? Naomi and Liz could certainly be mother and daughter given their similarly porcelain skin. Plus, on soaps, genetic similarities don’t seem to play much into plots.
It would be horrifying enough for Liz and Hayden to find out they’re sisters given how much they hate one another, but twins is even worse since they should be bonded deeply yet can’t stand each other.
Plus, that makes things really strange since both have had a relationship with Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher). While secret twins may be an overdone trope in soaps, this would be a spectacular twist for Hayden and Liz to play out.
Since Hayden has no family in Port Charles, except stepson Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel), and Liz has no siblings around (there’s an absent brother and sister), this could be a real opportunity for both to have more of a support system.
Simmering GH spoilers hint that Liz’s family would expand soon and since she’s not pregnant (thankfully), it seems like that teases “instant” family and could tie to Naomi and Hayden. Imagine Liz getting a mom and twin sis at once!
