General Hospital (GH) spoilers fans only know what we have seen so far about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) but there is much more! If you take into account all that happened on Cassadine Island between the hostage situation and shooting and allegedly killing his nephew Nikolas (Nick Stabile), Valentin quickly became public enemy #1.
It was at that moment, citizens of Port Charles were beginning to see that they may have just met the worst Cassadine of them all. General Hospital spoilers reminds fans that Valentin appeared to be a very dangerous man who should never been crossed – but is that the only side to him?
On GH episodes this week (October 31 – November 4) we saw Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) fight her demons and lose. She gave in and opened the box filled with wine bottles that was delivered to her house by her evil half-brother Valentin – and got extremely drunk. Valentin arrived at her house the following morning with an interesting proposition; one that seems very genuine.
Valentin approached Alexis with a job offer – to prove he is the one true heir of the Cassadine fortune – and suggested that together they can destroy what is left of the Cassadine family. Both siblings were treated horribly and even though they don’t know each other at all, Valentin was trying to do the honorable thing by protecting Alexis when she couldn’t help herself.
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Valentin stopped at nothing to help his sister escape the man who attempted to kill her, Julian Jerome (William DeVry). Alexis may be struggling with how she really feels about Julian, and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may blame his mob rival for the death of his son Morgan (Bryan Craig), but no one had more motive than Valentin to kill Julian Jerome.
General Hospital spoilers claim that Valentin is only beginning his vengeance against the Jerome family. Remember when Ava Jerome (Maura West) switched Morgan’s bipolar medications with placebos, hoping it would lead to the end of his relationship with her daughter, Kiki (Hayley Erin)?
Ava thought once Morgan died there would be nothing left to prove that there was any foul play – and that it was just a ‘mob hit’ gone horribly wrong.
Sharing drinks with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) proved that Ava was far from safe when she was told Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will stop at nothing to find out what truly happened that day. Ava was able to get access to Morgan’s room, thanks to a distraught Sonny, and was able to switch the medications and discard them in a public garbage can at the docks.
General Hospital showed fans that the second she slipped away, a gloved hand took the bottle out of the garbage and is now blackmailing Ava. There is a lot of speculation as to who and why someone would dig through the garbage to discover Ava’s secret, but it is becoming clearer and clearer that Valentin has them and holds the upper hand.
Some may question whether Valentin was even in town at the time, but clearly he was because if you recall when Claudette Boland (Bree Williamson) dumped Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) on Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) and bolted out of town, it was Valentin on the same flight leaving Port Charles? He had to already be in town.
Valentin has fallen hard for Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford), and fans can be sure he has done his research on her; which means he knows the history between Ava and Nina. Ava has wronged Nina, and surely he feels it’s his place to protect Nina and maybe help her get some revenge for everything she has lost due to awful Ava.
