General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) will soon find herself torn between two men – Nikolas Cassadine (Tyler Christopher) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). But which man do you prefer her with? Read on then vote in the CDL POLL.
Finn is critically ill and in the PCPD jail because he trespassed at GH to save a baby’s life and now he’s struggling to stay alive. Hayden will join forces with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) to try and save his life. Finn needs his illegal meds – and money to fund research.
Does Hayden belong with Finn?
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Tracy has the connection to help Finn with both of these things. Hayden is committed to helping Finn, first because she fell for his lizard Roxy and increasingly, because she’s falling for Finn who doesn’t want to like her, but can’t help himself.
Hayden thinks she’s a widow and is moving forward but she hasn’t forgotten the affection she had for Nikolas. However, she’ll soon find out that Nik is alive. Nikolas is in on Cassadine Island with Ava Jerome (Maura West) and things will soon turn dangerous.
Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) turn up and soon all four will be in danger. General Hospital spoilers tease that Nikolas will get a message to Hayden that will reveal to her that he’s alive. But why would Nik message Hayden?
Is Nikolas the man meant for Hayden?
The answer is desperation. Perhaps Hayden is the only one that Nikolas can reach and he’s got just a short window of opportunity to send out an SOS. The bottom line is that Hayden gets the message and realizes she’s not a widow and will be stunned.
GH spoilers hint that this message will trigger Hayden to journey to Cassadine Island looking for her not-so-dead husband despite her blossoming feelings for Finn. But when Hayden finds him with Ava, will that convince her to fight for the man she once loved? Or is their love dead?
Nikolas claimed he was done with Hayden and even faked his death to get away from her, but will he be so happy to see Hayden that all the anger fades away? Really, Nikolas has no standing to hold Hayden in contempt for her lies when he tried to have her killed.
Nikolas vs Finn
Nikolas and Finn are different in most ways, but alike in a few. Both have lost a woman they loved and both can color outside the lines when they have to. Where they differ, though, is that Finn considers all life precious and Nikolas will take a life if it serves his purposes.
Of interest is that both men have a link to Hayden’s dad Raymond Berlin. Hayden knows her dad’s Ponzi scheme wrecked Finn’s research but she doesn’t know Nikolas’ tie to Mr. Berlin. General Hospital spoilers indicate Hayden will find out soon and will be stunned.
So who should it be?
Clearly Finn brings out the better attributes in Hayden while being with Nikolas fuels her dark side. But then again, Hayden and Nikolas have killer chemistry. Also, consider that with Nikolas, it’s about what he can do for her – with Finn, it’s about how she can help him.
