New General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the episode on Tuesday, September 6 reveal that Spinelli declares Jason and Sam man and wife, Finn and Curtis scheme to get their buddy out of jail, Nina counsels Franco, and Hayden hopes her mom has her back.
Remember there’s no new episode on Labor Day, Septemeber 5. It’s a rerun of the day Morgan was committed. On Tuesday at Casa Corinthos, Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) walks down the aisle after sharing a sweet moment with son Donny and soon-to-be stepson Jake.
Damien Spinelli officiates and Sam and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) say vows and then they’re man and wife. When they cut the cake, Jason sweetly swipes frosting across Sam’s nose. Stone Cold has gone stone cold silly at his wedding. It’ll be cute to watch.
Things aren’t so jolly for others in Port Charles, though. Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) is cooling her heels in the PCPD holding cell, but she’s got allies working for her. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) meets with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to chat about her fate.
Finn asks Curtis if he can help get Hayden out of trouble. This should send Curtis on a search looking for evidence to exonerate Hayden. Maybe there’s a security cam that shows she was elsewhere when Liz fell. Naomi Dreyfus (Robin Riker) is sweating the arrest too.
Naomi is worried about Hayden’s arrest, more so when she and Franco (Roger Howarth) debate the sister secret they’re both now keeping. Franco tells Naomi that Liz and Hayden deserve to know the truth but Naomi argues against the reveal and Franco leaves.
Naomi goes to talk to her daughter and Hayden asks if she thinks she would shove Liz down the stairs. Naomi will stand by her daughter as she deals with this dilemma. Franco runs into Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) to talk things through.
Nina encourages Franco to be honest with Liz. Wonder how much Nina will tell Franco about her ugly incident with Ava Jerome (Maura West) at the park. Ava meets up with Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) at GH since he’s not taking her calls.
Ava wants to know what he’s doing about the Julian Jerome (William deVry) case. Paul says it’s too late to stop the trial – it’s happening in a week. Ava asks how Julian can avoid jail if he has to face the trial and she’ll press on with her blackmail.
Also at GH, Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) talks to Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) who’s a bit in shock about the JaSam wedding news. However, Liz tells her pal that she’s good and is moving forward with her life and then reveals that she’s dating someone.
Sabrina wants to know who’s the lucky guy and is surprised when Liz tells her she’s seeing Franco. Let’s hope Sabrina doesn’t criticize since she has no room to talk after being involved with Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Parise) and having his baby.
