New General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the Monday, October 17 episode reveal that Nelle gets closer to Sonny, Julian throws down the gauntlet, Tracy confronts Lucy over the GH sale, Carly wallows in guilt, and TJ wants to know what Curtis is up to.
Julian Jerome (William deVry) shows up with the pilfered fruit basket he stole from Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) and challenges Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) over the car bombing. The two bicker furiously and Sonny tells Julian, “take your best shot.”
Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) wonders whether she can afford to stay in Port Charles with no hospital job to support her and the kids. Franco (Roger Howarth) doesn’t want to lose Liz and says he may have a solution. What idea has Franco but his quirky mind to?
The sale of GH infuriates Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) who confronts Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) at the MetroCourt and tells her that GH is on the chopping block and that Lucy “is the executioner.” Lucy won’t take well to that since we know Lucy cares about GH.
Will Lucy have some information for Tracy to shut down the sale? Over at Kelly’s, TJ Ashford (Tequan Richmond) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) talk about the events that led to the bomb in Julian’s car. Curtis wants to nail the mob boss.
Curtis isn’t subtle enough when he asks TJ questions and TJ turns the tables and asks if he’s investigating the incident. Will Curtis reveal who he’s working for and if so, will TJ warn Sonny what Julian is up to? This could be an interesting twist.
Over at Casa Corinthos, Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) is babysitting Avery but may have an ulterior motive. With Avery napping, Nelle chats with grieving and vulnerable Sonny. Don’t expect her to make a move yet but she’s got an agenda.
Nelle comforts Sonny who is distraught since he lost his Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and his wife Carly within 24 hours and he’s spinning out. The Julian confrontation has him further on edge. Will Nelle obtain information for her revenge plan?
General Hospital spoilers tease that Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) will grow suspicious about Nelle based on observation, but with the family grieving, Bobbie may have to keep her silence until the drama over Morgan’s death calms down.
Carly is back at her old house with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) when Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) comes by to talk. Carly tells Jason she can’t forgive herself for Morgan’s death. Jason supports Carly and is there for her but he’s walking a line between her and Sonny.
