General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) gets much closer to Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) next week after he finds out she’s got a secret agenda. This kicks off in coming days when Nelle enjoys a Corinthos Christmas.
Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is planning a celebration at Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) house since he’s still on house arrest. Carly knows that Nelle is alone and is friends with Michael so she invites her to join them. Sonny won’t like it but there’s nothing he can do to stop it.
This is complicated because Sonny thinks he slept with Nelle. GH spoilers indicate Sonny has to do more lying about trying to get Nelle to go back to Atlanta when Michael finds out what his dad tried to do. Sonny will scramble and pile lies on top of lies.
Even though Michael and Nelle pledged to be just friends, things will heat up soon enough. Michael has been hurting over the loss of Sabrina Santiago (Teresa Castillo) and Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig). He’s vulnerable and that’s why he’s falling for Nelle.
Nelle didn’t come to Port Charles looking for Michael. She’s in town doing dirty work for her father and looking to get payback from Carly because her kid Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) got her kidney. Nelle is starting to feel for Michael and that might complicate her plans.
After Christmas at the Corinthos casa, Michael and Nelle will hang out at her place and when she’s out of the room, Michael finds her little treasure box of secrets. Nelle’s note from her father is in there and so is the silver rattle that reveals something about her dodgy past.
Nelle has been holding back from Michael because she knows falling for him will mess up her plans and she’s scared not to do what her father wants. But when Nelle finds Michael looking at her box of secrets, she has to distract Michael before he finds out too much.
The one thing Nelle knows will distract Michael is some romance. Nelle is desperate and makes a move on Michael. General Hospital spoilers tease that it won’t be long before they fall into bed together and that means Michael will be falling in love.
Michael falls hard when he gets involved with a new lady and that’s what will happen with Nelle. This is about to get messy since Sonny thinks he slept with Nelle and Michael will actually be sleeping with Nelle. Sonny’s hands are tied unless he wants to reveal his dirty secret.
Nelle has power over Sonny because he’s working hard to get Carly back and knows if she finds out he spent the night with Nelle, they’re done. That means Sonny can’t do anything about Michael getting involved with Nelle. Sonny can’t stop her.
Nelle’s distraction will get Michael away from her box of family secrets but it won’t be too much longer before Nelle’s past is revealed and her revenge agenda comes out. Will Michael be in too deep with Nelle by then? Will he choose her over his family?
