New General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of Monday, December 5 through Friday, December 9 reveal that Julian makes Alexis an offer she can’t refuse, Ava plays dirty with Sonny, Lulu demands truth about Charlotte and the bomb investigation makes progress.
Julian Jerome (William deVry) will leverage Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn) to take care of him while he recuperates. She won’t be able to say no once he lets her know he could wreck her life even more than he already has.
Alexis does as he asks but Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) are suspicious of why she’s helping her homicidal ex. Ava has her hands full with her new custody suit against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) but Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) takes his side.
Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) loses something precious and panics. Is it the letter from her father or her phone with Sonny’s confession on it? By the end of the week, Nelle is manipulating Sonny and has him worried she’ll tell Carly about them sleeping together. She keeps recording his “confessions” on her phone.
Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) work on their wedding plans but there are obstacles. One speed bump is that Lulu Spencer (Emme Ryan) suspects there’s more to Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and wants Maxie to help her investigate.
Lulu worries about telling Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) she thinks Charlotte might be her embryo baby then Maxie and Lulu’s investigative road trip goes bad. By week’s end, Lulu has had enough playing around and confronts Valentin about his daughter.
Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) gets sicker this week and it seems like Tom Baker (Don Harvey) is growing more twisted. Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) decides she won’t be a victim again and takes steps to protect herself. Franco (Roger Howarth) plans to take care of Tom himself.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) won’t let go of her quest to find answers about Valentin and on Monday, she quizzes Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) about her knowledge of the Cassadines and their messy history. Dante and Nathan try to get info from Valentin this week too.
Valentin is preoccupied with Nina Clay (Michelle Stafford) and it won’t be long until he and Nina are much more intimate with one another. Nina likes Valentin but she really loves Charlotte and won’t like Lulu trying to take the kid. Nina has to defend her choices.
Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) compare notes on the bomb investigation and that provides a lead for them to chase down together plus a big revelation. They call a pause for Jason and Sam’s doctor appointment.
They’re nervous at the ultrasound appointment before they learn the sex of their baby. Long-term GH spoilers reveal that the birth will take place during February sweeps. By Friday, Jason and Curtis end up somewhere unpleasant and possibly in danger on their quest for evidence.
