Meredith and Will have been enjoying themselves on their last few dates. However, Major Thorpe appeared to be a little confused about how many dates they’ve actually been on because he was counting that time they had takeout in his car. And so he ended up telling Meredith that the third date has always been his lucky number.

So Meredith decided to take a chance on something new tonight’s all new episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” and she invited Will into her house. Yet, by the next morning, Maggie and Amelia had overheard Meredith yelling so they went running to the rescue. And what they found was a naked Will out in the hallway with Meredith still locked in her room yelling at him.

Apparently she wanted him to get out and, when he seemed to be confused about what’s going on, she then asked Maggie her sister to get him out. Although Will claimed he hadn’t done anything and so he didn’t know why he was getting kicked out, but Maggie did follow Meredith’s request to remove him. Then she tried staying by Meredith’s door for a while because she too was curious about what he had done.

Only Meredith wasn’t talking and whatever happened had put her in such a state that she was suddenly cleaning the whole house as well as taking Amelia’s advice about what she should use. Though, technically, Amelia wasn’t even supposed to be there. She had gotten kicked out herself some time ago and lately she’s been taking to crashing on the couch yet living before Meredith woke up.

And so Meredith should have been upset to find Amelia back in her house, but Maggie had somewhat covered for her. Maggie said that something must have happened to Amelia in order for her to run back to the house and therefore she suggested that they all talk about it. Also implying that Meredith could talk about her own situation as well though Meredith put up her roadblocks.

As in she refused to address what was wrong and instead chose to focus on suddenly cleaning her entire house. So it was only Amelia talking about what happened and it did seem as if she needed the others help in figuring her next move. On last week’s episode, Amelia and Owen had made plans for a romantic barbecue yet she has found him drinking himself into a stupor and wisely chose to leave rather than stick around.

Amelia is an alcoholic and a drug addict. Thus she knew how slippery a slope it was to be around someone intent on abusing one of those substances. But she had really liked Owen. Owen had understood her past and he hadn’t held it against so she had thought that he wouldn’t get so drunk he’s forget they had a date.

Yet, he did. Which means he either hadn’t cared enough or drinking had simply been more important to him in that moment than she was. Only Owen was at the hospital and the first thing he had asked Stephanie was if Amelia was coming in today. She wasn’t scheduled to so there was no reason for her come in, but he hadn’t wanted to talk her during one of his breaks on shift.

So he had been left disappointed. However, a unique case had come in and it had most of the doctors’ hands tied. A young woman had been brought in after she tried to sleep with a giant and well the giant had nearly crushed her to death. Her pelvis had needed to be snapped back into place and she had lost blood flow to one of her legs.

And so Callie had been in the OR trying to fix the problem when she heard her daughter had been brought in. Sofia had taken a nasty fall so she had gotten a scratch on her forehead that looked worse than it was. Though, when the nurses in the Emergency Room couldn’t initially get a hold of Callie and Arizona, they had asked Penny to help put the child at ease because they had thought she had a relationship with her girlfriend’s daughter.

But she doesn’t. Penny and Callie have been in a relationship for quite some time and Penny has already told Callie that she loves although Callie hadn’t said the same back. What Callie actually said was thank you which was both polite and a brush-off. So Callie hadn’t liked that Penny and Sofia had been introduced to each other and she tried to place the blame on Arizona.

She said that Arizona wasn’t comfortable enough to introduce Sofia to Penny yet Arizona surprisingly didn’t have a problem with. Therefore, she was more than a tad upset with Callie when Penny had come to her to apologize. About crossing a line, of all things, that neither of them had known about.

Thus Arizona didn’t bother trying to cover for Callie. She freely admitted to the fact Callie had lied about her and that she had lied to Penny. And then she had left Penny to stew while she went to go confront Callie about putting her back in the middle of things.

Arizona it seems was still in the doghouse because of what she did to April, but April was a lot calmer after her conversation with Catherine’s. Jackson’s mother had flown back into town and she had heard about her grandchild. So she had gone to see April despite Jackson telling her to stay out of it and she appeared to be the only person that could talk April into mending fences.

So she had gotten April to agree to talk with Jackson calmly and that led to them settling a few things. Yet Catherine later told Jackson that she had spoken to April as a way to get all the facts. And now that she has them, they could then make a pretty good case for fraud seeing as April had known about her pregnancy before the divorce.

But back at the Grey house, Alex finally got Meredith to talk about what was wrong and it seems the problem was she hadn’t been ready. She had thought she was and she had let other convince her that she was and it turns out she wasn’t ready to move on. Nor was she fully ready to forget Derek. So she had wrapped herself in Derek’s favorite old blanket and had wanted to forget what happened earlier.

Only the house got a few more visitors. First, Owen had showed up because he had found out that Amelia was there and had wanted to apologize. Though Amelia was forced to tell him that they should just call it quits. She said she knew what she needed and that she needed to focus on herself for a while.

And so after Owen had been dismissed, Major Thorpe had stopped by and he talked with Meredith about what happened. However, he hadn’t been upset when she said she was ready and that her husband dying was still very much on her mind. So he had understood her/ their situation.

Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Callie finally decided to stop playing around and just introduce her daughter to her girlfriend.

THE END!
