Justin Bieber is now sporting a nose piercing. Is he getting bored with his looks? The Canadian “Love Yourself” singer has certainly found new purpose, if his new nose piercing is anything to go by. He proudly displayed the new look on his Instagram page early Friday, March 11. Within six hours, the photo gained over a million likes and, of course, the comments are unending. Some people expressed incredulity at the accessory, while others responded to the look Bieber displayed by taking it as invitation to lay beside him on the pillows.
It can hardly escape one’s attention the flirtatious and sexual nature of the selfie Bieber posted. With his ruffled hair, bare chest, and the obvious fact that he was laying in bed…clearly he has some ideas.
Bieber’s not shy about baring it all. During his concerts, he often goes shirtless at some point. What a tease. So what new thrill has he been seeking with the new diamond piercing? Or is this turning out to be a new trend among the stars, as Zayn Malik also sports this style of piercing, which he revealed in April 2015.
Justin Bieber is presently on his world tour for his Purpose album. The tour began in Seattle at the KeyArena on March 9 and has already been met with rave reviews. This was the first tour to be launched by Bieber in three years, and of course came with much anticipation. In a recap done by Billboard on March 10, it was reported that fans in the audience ranged from families with children in laps to women drinking red wine. For them, the tour could not have come earlier, as the KeyArena had some 17,000 people in attendance.
With his Purpose world tour underway, one would think Justin Bieber barely had the time to rest between performances, much less add another thrill to his repertoire. At the age of 22, has the Boyfriend singer gotten bored with his looks? His fans clearly do not share the sentiments, if the barrage of comments are anything to go by.
The singer already sports numerous tattoos that have, on their own, bred their fair share of attention. Nonetheless, Bieber has no compulsions against vamping additional attention while he thrills his fans with music by adding the new piercing. As he grows in the music industry, Bieber has not limited himself to the tattoos and eclectic sense of fashion; he’s now gone onto join the Guys with Nose Piercings Club.
