Kate Middleton Embarrassed: Pippa Middleton Writing Diet and Exercise Book?

Kate Middleton’s sister Pippa Middleton recently shared some diet tips in an interview. Does this mean Pippa is going to give writing another book a try? This time a diet and exercise book? How embarrassed will The Duchess of Cambridge be when Pippa’s attempt at a New York Times Best Seller flops again?

The interview was given exclusively to HELLO! and Pippa Middleton explained all about what she eats, why she eats it. What does Pippa eat for breakfast? Usually porridge and rye toast.

Wholegrains, energy-fueled carbs like lentils, quinoa, brown rice and sweet potatoes are also part of Pippa’s diet. Pippa reminds us to eat three meals a day and adjust your portion size based on your level of fitness. Having a busy day? Eat more! Sitting around watching the telly? Eat less!

Pippa admits that she’s not very fussy when it comes to food, because she enjoys eating way too much to be particular. However, if Pippa has an important event coming up, say horning in on a red carpet event with Kate Middleton, no alcohol, no refined sugars and no processed foods for at least a week before stepping out.

What happened to Pippa Middleton laying low? After her New Year’s trip to St. Barts with James Matthews we didn’t hear much from Pippa. All of a sudden she’s back and participating in skiing marathons and 7K fun runs. Now Pippa is giving interviews about the food she eats.

Forgive us if we’re skeptical of the Middleton ladies, but doesn’t this interview seem like a set up for a diet and exercise book? Some kind of healthy lifestyle tome? Maybe Pippa is going organic vegan and wants to share the recipes she whips up in the kitchen with the world.

Kate Middleton’s sister has one failed book under her wing. Remember the wildly ridiculed party book
Celebrate: A Year of Festivities for Families and Friends? This is the book that contains Granny’s chutney recipe. You know – the recipe Duchess of Cambridge said she used to make the chutney that served as Kate’s very first Christmas gift to Queen Elizabeth.

Once again Pippa Middleton is cashing in on the Royal Family, or at least making an attempt to do so. Giving an exclusive interview about what the foods she eats is just the first step to another failed Middleton book deal don’t you think? Come back to CDL for all your Royal news!
