The Swedish royal family came together to celebrate the christening of Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip’s 5-month-old son, Prince Alexander. Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip are quickly becoming one of the most talked about couples in the royal celebrity sphere, thanks to their glamour and natural good looks.
This of course begs the question if the British royal family’s very own Prince William and Kate Middleton are feeling threatened over the Swedes and their growing popularity as more and more fans are raving about their effortless charm and charisma as a royal couple.
According to People Magazine, Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip had the “look of love” while they gazed at each other during Prince Alexander’s christening. Unlike Prince William and Kate Middleton, who are often photographed rather stiff and distant with one another, Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip have proven that they are a royal couple like no other.
Their “loving gaze” has been coined their signature look, as many fans have noticed their great chemistry with one another. Of course, anyone would expect that with two royals like Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, who no doubt, are head-over-heels in love with one another. The Swedish royals have the kind of body language that you simply can’t fake.
Many comments from Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip’s fans include, “Literally the most beautiful royal couple on the planet,” along with, “The Swedish royal family have that certain je-ne-sais-quoi, elegance and modern style yet approachability and easy going charm other royal families don’t have. They seem like nice genuine people. Not to mention they won the genetic lottery.”
Of course, nothing of that nature or anything positive for that matter has been said about Kate Middleton and Prince William since they tied the knot back in 2011. Whereas the Swedish royals look graceful, natural and glamorous, Kate Middleton and Prince William have often been criticized for their stiff-upper lips along with being distant, awkward and most of all, lazy.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are fast becoming known as the laziest royal couple in the British monarchy’s history for their work-allergic attitude towards their officials engagements. There’s no doubt that Kate Middleton especially is jealous of all the positive attention the Swedish royals have been getting, considering that they don’t put as much effort into being an attention seeking couple the same way she and Prince William often are.
