Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles were spotted enjoying a late night dinner at a trendy London restaurant with her son, Tom Parker-Bowles. The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall visited celebrity-friendly Scott’s restaurant on Wednesday night with Tom Parker-Bowles for an intimate dinner date.
It’s no surprise that Prince Charles values his relationships with Camilla Parker-Bowles and her family. That’s why Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles are often seen out and about with her children, Tom Parker-Bowles and Laura Lopes, along with the rest of her family. Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles are almost never seen in public with Kate Middleton and Prince William or even Prince Harry for that matter.
As cordial and kind and even forgiving as Prince William and Prince Harry have been throughout the years, Camilla Parker-Bowles is still their father’s original mistress. Camilla Parker-Bowles is also the woman who caused so much distress and heartache for their mother Princess Diana, so it’s no wonder that they have distanced themselves from the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall. The friction between Prince William and Prince Harry towards Camilla Parker-Bowles leaves Prince Charles no choice but to maintain relationships with her children instead. Kate Middleton, Prince William, and Prince Harry are clearly only seen with Camilla Parker Bowles if they are obligated to as part of their public royal engagements.
But then again, Kate Middleton would never voluntarily be photographed with Camilla Parker-Bowles by her side. Kate Middleton and Camilla Parker-Bowles’ relationship has always been icy at best, with rumors of their feud stemming from Camilla’s jealousy of Prince William’s wife. After all, Kate Middleton is the one and only member of the British royal family who has managed to attract media attention for her flawless style and luxurious style and royal persona. Camilla Parker-Bowles has always been and always will be remembered as the woman who destroyed Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s marriage, who is still remembered as the beloved people’s princess to this very day.
