Kate Middleton has been snubbed by Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor. The actress has refused an invitation to attend a reception to honor Kate and Prince William during the Royal couple’s visit to India.
According to the Hindustan Times Kareena Kapoor was invited to a charity event that will be held in Mumbai to honor the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Why doesn’t the Bollywood actress want to meet Kate and William? Apparently Kareena‘s husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, is busy filming a new movie and Kareena does not wish to attend the event alone.
A source divulged, “Despite being approached by the authorities repeatedly, [Kareena] does not want to go alone.” The source did not explain what authorities approached Kareena repeatedly. Perhaps something got lost in translation and it was the hosts’ of the event that reached out to the actress.

With all those accomplishments to her credit perhaps the Indian actress, fashion designer and author just isn’t impressed by Kate Middleton. Of course it could simply be Kareena Kapoor doesn’t like to go to parties without her husband.
