Kate Middleton To Be Next Queen: Legality of Camilla Parker-Bowles Marriage To Prince Charles Challenged?

Kate Middleton To Be Next Queen: Legality of Camilla Parker-Bowles Marriage To Prince Charles Challenged?

Camilla Parker-Bowles knew exactly what to expect when upon her marriage to Prince Charles in April 2005. Camilla knew she would never be able to use the title Princess of Wales and the divorcee knew she would never be Queen, though Camilla may believe there is a way around the questions regarding the legality of her coronation.

Daily Mail reports that there is a secret group by the codename Golden Orb working out the logistics of what is being called the trickiest of coronations in decades. Could another change in the Laws of Succession be put into place to prevent Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles from becoming the King and Queen? That would certainly make it easier for Prince William and Kate Middleton to become King and Queen much sooner than expected.

This group of Establishment grandees must attend to a very important detail. When Prince Charles is crowned King Charles III, will he hold the title defender of THE faith or simply defender of faith? The United Kingdom has become a multi-faith country over the years, making defender of THE faith antiquated.

As pointed out, if Charles and Camilla are not constitutionally married and Camilla cannot be crowned Queen. Will Charles and Camilla dare to defy history and be coronated together?

If Charles and Camilla are not constitutionally married, then is there a possibility that Kate Middleton and Prince William will be crowned King and Queen rather than Charles and Camilla? Despite the public’s distaste of the Duchess of Cambridge for her lazy and work-shy ways, most would prefer Kate as Queen rather than Camilla.

Whether or not Prince Charles is crowned King, Camilla isn’t going to be crowned Queen by his side, not if the public has anything to say about it. The Golden Orb Establishment may face a forceful public resistance against a crown being placed upon Camilla Parker-Bowles head. It is almost certain that there will be a challenge to the validity of Charles marriage to Camilla.

As you can see, if Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles marriage is declared unconstitutional under the guidelines put in place by law for the spouse of the future monarch, Camilla cannot be coronated beside Prince Charles. Kate Middleton will be the next Queen, a title which Camilla may never hold.
