Tonight on VH1 their series Love & Hip Hop Atlanta airs with an all new Monday May 30, season 5 episode 9 called “Free at Last” and we have your weekly recap below. On tonight’s episode, Jessica Dime’s surprised while she’s on a date with Scrappy.

On tonight’s episode as per the VH1 synopsis, “Dime’s surprised while she’s on a date with Scrappy; Tommie discovers a hotel receipt with Karlie’s name on it in Scrapp’s car; and Joseline asks Mimi for help. Later, Mimi learns that Stevie’s hiding secrets.”

This week on Love and Hip Hop Jessica Dime meets Scrappy at a skating rink for the date. Instead of Scrappy Young Joc comes out to greet her. Jessica is really upset. Jessica talks to Joc about the situation. She says “I’m the one who does the disrespecting. Scrappy had a chance to upgrade and you missed out.”
Stevie J is looking into opening a hookah bar with his friend from LA. Tommie shows up while they are doing interviews. She pulls Stevie aside and tells him “Now that Scrapp is going away I came to talk to you about a little management.” Stevie is surprised. He tells her “I know you have a nice vibe and look nice and everything, but how would Scrapp feel about us working together?” Tommie says “I think he would be down.”
Scrapp and Karlie are heading out of town. Scrapp tells her “I’m tired of all the drama between my baby’s mom and my mom and Tommie. You aren’t the type of woman who likes drama.” Karlie tells him “I don’t want to get involved in your drama. I have enough of my own. I had to tell Lyfe that we were done.” Scrapp tells her about the fact that he will probably end up doing at least five years. Karlie starts to cry and Scrapp tells her “Don’t cry. Let’s go have some fun.” Karlie tells him “No matter what happens between us we have developed a friendship and I take my friendships very seriously.”
Joseline meets up with Dawn. Dawn tells her “It’s all over the blogs that you bleached his clothes. Did you bleach his clothes?” Joseline denies it and tells Dawn “I found the contract and it has expired.” Dawn is shocked. Dawn asks her “What are you going to do if he decides not to let you go?” Joseline says “He has no choice. When I am done he is going to be crying like a baby.”
Ernest is meeting with Rasheeda’s mom Sherleen. Sharleen tells him “Momma Dee acted worse at the brunch than she did at the store.” Ernest tells her “I have to apologize for my wife’s behavior, but she is dealing with her own issues. She is bipolar and drinking alcohol.” Sharleen is shocked to hear this. Ernest goes on to tell her about Momma Dee’s accident and how his own criminal past played a role in her downward spiral.
Tommie goes to Scrapp’s house after finding a receipt in his car to confront him about it. When Scrapp opens the door Tommie bum rushes the door and begins pointing and yelling in his face. She asks him “How did Karlie’s hotel receipt get in your car?” He tells her “She must have left it there.” This infuriates Tommie and she yells “What was she doing in your car?” Tommie tells Scrapp “You’re really trying me. Are you messing with Karlie?” Scrapp tells her “No, I’m not.” Tommie doesn’t believe him. She tells him “I am going to get with your uncle and let him be with me all night long.” Scrapp tells her “All of my friends that you know I will get you their numbers. I’m going to let you be with everyone you want and do what you want.”
Ernest and Momma Dee meet with a pastor to try and work out their marriage. Momma Dee says “Ernest has tried to put all of the palace business out in the street and I’m not having it.” Ernest talks about how Momma Dee treats him and that he doesn’t feel like a man. After the pastor listens he tells them “It is my assessment that you two are not a unit. You need to be able to talk to each other and work through your issues.” Both Ernest and Momma Dee say they want to work on it and agree to try.
Karlie and Scrapp are out to dinner. He tells Karlie about Tommie coming to his house and being enraged. Karlie starts to ask questions and Scrapp shushes her. He then asks her “Did you leave the receipt in the car?” Karlie gets upset and asks him “You are still dealing with her?” Scrapp tells her “I wasn’t.” Karlie gets defensive and tells him “It seems you are in a love triangle and I have become part of this mess.” Scrapp assures her that he is no longer dealing with Tommie.
Mimi and Joseline meet up. Joseline tells her “I have so much to tell you. You need to hold on to your seat.” She then tells Mimi “Stevie has a new baby and the girl has him on child support.” Joseline is so upset. Mimi asks “Are you sure it’s his baby?” Joseline assures her that it’s true. Joseline tells Mimi “The girl that was all over the blogs about being pregnant says that she really did have a baby.” Joseline and Mimi commiserate over the whole situation. Mimi tells her “I’m so sorry for you. I never thought I would ever feel any sympathy for you.” Mimi then tells her “Stevie came to me and asked if he could crash at my house. I felt like I should come to talk to you first.” Joseline tells her “I would rather he be at your house than on the street. Mimi says “That’s not going to happen, but I need to have a talk with him.” Joseline tells her “He’s never going to tell you the truth.”
Karlie finishes up her radio show for Playboy radio with her producer and as she is walking out Tommie comes walking into the studio to confront her. Karlie asks her “What’s poppin?” Tommie tells her “What’s poppin is that I found a receipt with your name on it in Scrapp’s car.” The two begin arguing heatedly. Karlie tells her “Scrapp doesn’t even claim you.” Tommie tells her “I don’t care about any of that because I am going to the studio with Stevie and we are going to make hit records.” The argument rages on and Tommie ends up jumping up on the counter and tries to attack Karlie and has to be hauled away by security.
