Prince Harry Asks Kate Middleton's Help: World’s Most Eligible Bachelor Wants a Royal Wife?

Prince Harry is no longer content being the world’s most eligible bachelor? Has Harry asked Kate Middleton’s advice to help him find a wife?

Oh, please! Harry definitely isn’t done partying and enjoying the company of beautiful women by the dozen. If Prince Harry wanted a life with a princess wife and a bunch of wee little Royals running around Kensington Palace the ginger-haired prince would have married Chelsy Davy a long time ago.

The fifth-in-line to the throne has seen enough bad marriages to last him a lifetime. Let’s start with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s supposed wedded bliss. The future King and Queen smile and make nice for the cameras, but have you noticed something lately? In nearly every photo of Prince William and Princess Kate together one or the other appears to be scowling?

Of course the most disastrous Royal marriage in recent history goes to the Prince of Wales and the late Princess Diana. We don’t need to elaborate on that one, do we? When the 33-year-old Prince of Wales wed a 20-year-old Lady Diana Spencer everyone thought it was the most romantic thing ever – the Wedding of the Century. Yeah, and then the most epic Divorce of the Century followed.

Only one of Queen Elizabeth’s children hasn’t gone through a divorce. The quiet and unassuming Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex live a peaceful life with their children Lady Louise and James, Viscount Severn.

There’s no pressure on Prince Harry to produce a Royal heir. It may not please Queen Elizabeth that Her Majesty’s grandson hasn’t settled into married life and a schedule full of joint Royal responsibilities! It doesn’t seem as if Prince Harry really cares what grand mum thinks of his single status.

Wouldn’t be interesting if Prince Charles and the Duke of Edinburgh are the Royal men who are encouraging young Harry to remain single as long as possible? The Prince of Wales felt forced into marriage to Princess Diana, and Prince Philip felt the same when he gave up a promising Royal Naval career to wed a young Princess Elizabeth.

Kate Middleton isn’t ready to share the world’s spotlight with anyone. And you know when Prince Harry finds “the one” the attention will shift in the lucky lady’s direction. The Duchess of Cambridge has all but chased off every woman in whom her brother-in-law has shown interest.

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie will probably get married before the Partying Prince. Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s daughters need to marry well in order to maintain the lifestyle to which they have grown accustomed. The Royal allowance isn’t going to last forever, right? Especially with staffers being asked to take wage reductions that will have them living in virtual poverty.
