The Blacklist Season 3 spoilers teased Elizabeth Keen was dead for nearly a month, but diehard fans of the NBC show refused to believe that Megan Boone had exited. And, in The Blacklist Season 3 finale “Alexander Kirk” – what we all expected to be true was finally confirmed, Elizabeth Keen is alive, and Megan Boone is not going anywhere.
As CDL reported weeks ago, a popular Blacklist theory was that Mr Kaplan and Nik had used drugs to fake Liz’ death after Agnes was born, and that turned out to be 100% true.
In the Season 3 finale, Kaplan helped Tom Keen and baby Agnes escape from Red’s security guards and fly to Cuba … when they arrived Tom and Agnes were reunited with Liz. It turns out that Kaplan, Tom, and Liz hatched the plan to fake her death while she was in labor – because they knew it would be the only way to get Elizabeth and her family out of danger, and away from Raymond Reddington for good.
When Raymond Reddington learned that Elizabeth was alive this entire time, he was naturally furious. Red jetted off to Cuba to find Liz and her family. But, Red arrived too late. Alexander Kirk got to Elizabeth, Tom, and Agnes first and took them.
The Blacklist spoilers tease that Liz and Agnes might not be in that serious of danger though – because it turns out that Alexander Kirk is actually Elizabeth’s father, and Agnes’ grandfather. Blacklist fans thought that Liz’s father was dead – Red actually told her that she shot and killed her own dad while she was a young girl … but it turns out that was a lie too.
The fact that Liz’s dad is very much alive opens up an entirely new can of worms, and means Th Blacklist Season 4 is going to be action-packed as Red and Kirk battle over Elizabeth and Agnes.
