The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that some couple shakeups are on the way. Soaps never like to leave characters paired up for too long. Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) just reunited with Liam (Scott Clifton), but it looks like she’ll be getting back together with Wyatt (Darin Brooks) soon. The Spencer brothers will once again go to war for Steffy’s heart.
However, Liam could get a little battle weary. No matter what he does, it never seems to be enough for Steffy. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) will continue her pursuit. She’ll try to show Liam that she’s the better option. Ivy will argue that she can be the woman Liam needs.
Liam could get lonely and desperate if Steffy pushes him away. Ivy will get her heart broken if Liam starts toying with her emotions. It’s her own fault for going back for more. Liam made his feelings perfectly clear when he broke up with Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) on the day of Aly’s (Ashlyn Pearce) funeral.
Liam could’ve at least waited a day or two. Ivy was grieving for her cousin and close friend. Instead, Liam selfishly put his own desires above everything else. Who knows why Ivy is even interested now? Let’s hope Ivy won’t get too attached if Liam eventually caves in.
Of course, Liam and Steffy won’t be able to stay away from each other indefinitely. Since they recently made love, Steffy could easily end up pregnant. There was no other reason for Steffy to hop back in Liam’s bed so quickly.
If Steffy realizes she’s expecting Liam’s baby, she’ll probably dump Wyatt to raise a family with Liam. It’s the dream she was robbed of years ago. Steffy and Liam could finally get their shot at happiness, but what about Ivy and Wyatt? They would both be crushed and alone.
Misery loves company, so Wyatt and Ivy might as well lean on each other for support. They may feel like they’ve been chasing pointless fantasies. Ivy was never really going to win Liam over and Wyatt had no chance at keeping Steffy permanently.
Wyatt and Ivy have been pretending they’re something besides second choices to their love interests. They can connect over that. Plus, they share the same view on Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Eric’s (John McCook) relationship. They understand that Quinn has changed and truly loves her husband. No one else on B&B seems to agree.
At some point, Ivy may determine that she’s been trying to get the wrong brother back. Likewise, Wyatt may see that he should’ve fought for Ivy instead of trying to save a marriage built on deception. Steffy wouldn’t have married Wyatt without Quinn’s ruse. They were doomed from the beginning.
Once Ivy and Wyatt leave behind their broken dreams, their bond may grow stronger. They could figure out that they’re the perfect pair. Is The Bold and the Beautiful prepping for a “Wivy” reunion? It’s certainly a possibility down the road.
