The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, October 25, tease that Rick (Jacob Young) will have some doubts about Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) scheme. He’ll insist that things may not turn out quite like he expects. There’s no shortage of ways for this plot to go terribly wrong.
Ridge wants Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) to marry Bill (Don Diamont), get his shares in Forrester Creations and then dissolve the marriage. Unfortunately, Brooke isn’t on board with an annulment or a divorce. Ridge could be giving up his chance to be with Brooke entirely if she goes through with the wedding.
Of course, there’s no guarantee Bill will even keep his promise. This is “Dollar Bill” we’re talking about. When it comes to business, Bill plays dirty. If Bill decides he doesn’t want to hand over the shares after all, Ridge will lose the woman he longs for and his Quinn (Rena Sofer) solution.
Rick may even wonder if Eric (John McCook) and Quinn could find a loophole to block Ridge’s efforts. Perhaps they’ve covered their bases somehow. You never really know on The Bold and the Beautiful. B&B characters are always full of surprises.
Regardless, Ridge will begin to have some doubts of his own by the end of this conversation. He’ll start to see the flaws in his strategy and that will eventually lead to some changes. Later this week, Ridge will make a last-ditch attempt to stop Bill and Brooke’s ceremony.
In the meantime, RJ (Anthony Turpel) will also make one final plea to Brooke. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say RJ will express all of the reasons he doesn’t want Bill in Brooke’s life. He’ll argue that they’re not a good match. RJ thinks Bill is a sleazy scoundrel who has no place sniffing around his mother.
Brooke will try to explain the situation from her point of view. She’ll indicate that she cares about Bill and intends on fulfilling her promise to marry him. Brooke will ask RJ to understand that this is what she wants, but he won’t be so sure. RJ will maintain that Brooke and Ridge belong together.
It’s clear that RJ is determined to reunite his parents. Deep down, Ridge and Brooke seem to want that as well. Will Brooke dump Bill and pursue a future with Ridge? We’ll have to wait and see, but RJ would certainly be over the moon if it happened.
B&B spoilers hint that Ridge could incite Bill’s wrath. This battle could get ugly if Ridge swoops in and takes Brooke. Bill might even be willing to help Quinn if it means getting back at Ridge. The enemy of his enemy is his friend. Ridge can have success in love or success in business, but probably not both.
