“The Bold and the Beautiful” (B&B) spoilers tease that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) could make a quick decision that may place his marriage in serious jeopardy. Thomas (Pierson Fodé) hasn’t been shy about asking for time with his son and has become a thorn in Ridges side. B&B spoilers say that Ridge decides that he wants to ship him out of sight, and hopes the distance will help Thomas forget about his son, not to mention his wife.
Thomas agrees to let his father, Ridge raise his son, Douglas, but that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t want time with his child. Caroline Forrester (Linsey Godfrey) promised that she’d allow him access to Douglas whenever he wanted. Of course, Ridge has no problem going back on Caroline’s word and doing everything in his power to ensure that Thomas doesn’t disturb his perfect little family.
The one detail that Ridge wasn’t counting on was Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) finding out his dirty little secret. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers hint that Katie Spencer (Heather Tom) tells Bill that Ridge isn’t Douglas’ father, Thomas is. Of course, Bill uses this information to his advantage and tries to get leverage on Ridge.
After a tense confrontation with Bill, Ridge decides to send Thomas away. He knows that it won’t be easy to get him onboard to leave Los Angeles, so he decides to give him a promotion—and the only catch is he would have to move to Europe. Will Thomas accept the job?
At this point, it’s anyone’s guess. Thomas wants to make his father happy but has made it clear he isn’t willing to risk his relationship with his own son.
If Bill wanted to get the best of Ridge, he could slip this little information about Douglas’ paternity to Rick Forrester (Jacob Young). Rick would come unglued, and jump at the chance to expose Ridge and reclaim his seat as the CEO of Forrester Creations.
So far, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that it looks like Bill isn’t sure how he plans to use the information to his advantage. Ridge comes unhinged as he realizes the number of people that know about the paternity secret is growing, and he worries that the family will treat Caroline and Douglas differently.
The real problem is right under his nose—the more he pushes Thomas away, the closer he shoves Caroline toward him.
