“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers tease that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will shake things up at Forrester Creations. Thomas (Pierson Fode) will be surprised when Ridge makes some changes to the staff. We don’t know what that means for Thomas exactly, but it sounds like he’ll be perplexed by the shifts within the company.
Perhaps Ridge will give Thomas another position. He could be kept busy on projects to make sure he stays away from the baby. Then again, maybe Ridge will view this as an opportunity to keep Thomas placated by giving him more power. Either way, Thomas will undoubtedly be suspicious of Ridge’s motives.
Ridge had better be careful. Now that Thomas knows the truth, he holds great power. He could easily spill the news that he’s Douglas’ father. One press conference or media interview would be enough to blow the scandal wide open.
Of course, it seems more likely that Rick (Jacob Young) would be behind something like that. Thomas truly wants to keep Douglas free from shame as he ages. Rick, on the other hand, could lose sight of Douglas in the midst of his quest for power.
Rick cares about Maya (Karla Mosley) and his own child, but he’d sell out anyone else in a heartbeat. When Rick finds out about this, he’ll surely think it sounds so typical of Ridge. Rick might think he’s doing Thomas and himself a favor by exposing Ridge as a fraud.
Katie (Heather Tom) is still a wild card in this storyline. “The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers indicate that Katie and Rick will team up in some way. It looks like a plan for a sneak attack could be forming.
As for Ridge, he’ll be as cocky as ever. There’s a good chance Ridge will get blindsided by whatever’s in store. B&B spoilers say Ridge will remain confident that he can keep his happy family intact.
He’ll promise Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) that Douglas will stay the dark about his paternity. Ridge will also vow to prevent any public humiliation for Douglas as he grows up.
Unfortunately, Ridge should know by now that he can’t guarantee anything. We’re all waiting for the other shoe to drop. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on the excitement ahead.
