Meanwhile, Meghan takes the next crucial step in her IVF process. Later, Shannon celebrates a night full of surprises with all her friends and family. Back in the OC, Vicki and Kelly have a party of their own and bond over being the odd women out.”

On this week’s episode of Real Housewives of Orange County Meghan is very excited about having her eggs implanted. She is talking to her mother about the party. She tells her “Kelly called Shannon a dirty name and she is worried about what being called a prostitute would do to her reputation with her daughter.”
The Dr. calls them in and them that they only have four embryos that fertilized. They had three girls and one boy. After a short conversation they decide to implant one of the stronger girls and the little boy. Meghan says “I never imagined that my husband wouldn’t be in the room when I got pregnant.”
Heather and Tamra are hanging out making books. Tamra asks Heather “How are you?” Heather says “I am really shaken up and appalled. I never thought that Kelly would act like that.” Tamra says “ I kind of feel sorry for her. Something happened to her that has left her damaged.” Heather says “You can’t invite her to go anywhere if she is going to behave like that.”
Kelly goes to visit Meghan after her insemination. Meghan tells her “I have to tell you I am on Shannon’s side. Your behavior the other night with the names you called her I was ashamed to be your friend.” Kelly says “I went from 0 to 100 and I completely overreacted. I am really sorry. I was ashamed of myself. “ Kelly is very upset. She says “Wait until you have your own kid.” Meghan is really upset, but she tells her “You can move beyond this by being calmer and just go forward.” Kelly tells her “Thank you, You have been such a good friend to me.”
David calls Shannon and tells her to pack a bag and be ready to go because he is taking her away for her birthday. When he gets there she is very nervous. She says “My birthday last year was not the best so seeing David make such an effort is wonderful.” She is rushing to pack, they manage to get it done quickly.
All of the ladies and their husbands are headed to the location of Shannon’s surprise birthday party and vow renewal, Meghan shows the ladies pictures of the babies implanted in her uterus. All of the ladies are excited for her…
Shannon and David are on the road and Shannon asks him “Where are we going?” David tells her “It’s a surprise.” He tells her “I think we’ll be talking about this for a long time to come.” Shannon tells David about a voicemail from Vicki inviting her out to the desert to help celebrate her birthday. She says “I don’t hate Vicki. I just don’t want to be her friend again.”
They arrive at the hotel where they were married and Shannon is absolutely stunned. She says “The fact that David chose to bring me to the place where we were married is incredibly thoughtful.”
Vicki and Kelly meet up to have dinner. Kelly tells Vicki “I talked to Meghan and she said that she was at Shannon’s party.” Vicki looks really sad. The two women discuss the situation with Shannon and Kelly says “I tried to put the situation aside when I had coffee with her. My mother was a screamer so sometimes I resolve conflict in a loud voice.”
Kelly also tells Vicki “I want you to tell me how to be a better person.” Vicki tells her “Just try to ignore the drama and be the bigger person.” Kelly says “They all hate us because they can’t be us.”
At the hotel everyone gathers in the dining room to surprise Shannon. When she walks in she is stunned to see all of her friends. She starts to cry. Shannon says “All of these people have made an effort just for me and I am touched and overwhelmed by it.” Heather tells her “I am so excited for you.” Tamra tells her “Happy birthday to our dear, dear friend.”
Kelly and Vicki are talking about Kelly’s husband Michael. Vicki asks her “Do you enjoy being with him?” Kelly says “I enjoy being with him until he makes me angry.”
David tells Shannon “There is one other surprise. We have to go to the room right now.” Eddie asks Tamra “Where is Vicki?” Tamra tells him “She’s not invited.” David tells Shannon “I am very nervous.” Shannon wonders what is going on. She says “The last time I saw David nervous was when he proposed to me.” Everyone is lead out into the garden in preparation to watch Shannon and David renew their vows.
David leads Shannon down the path and he tells her “We are going to renew our vows right now.” Shannon cries and says “If I had known I would have worn a different dress.” They stand up in front of the pastor who counseled them after David had his affair. David recites his vows to her. Shannon says “It’s a gift that my kids are here to see this and the fact that I had nothing to do with the planning of this makes it even more special.”
Shannon says “I am proud of both David and I. It would have been so easy to give up but looking at our three children makes it all worth it.” Everyone is having a great time at the party after the ceremony. David tells her that they are getting on the plane the next day and they are going to Cabo for their honeymoon…
