The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, August 29, tease that fans will be treated to an action-packed episode. At the penthouse, Adam (Justin Hartley) will let Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) know that they have to trust Victor (Eric Braeden). She’ll agree and prepare to leave with Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois).
Chelsea will come downstairs and she’ll seem oddly serene. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will be a bit confused when Chelsea gives her a poignant hug. Chelsea will head back upstairs and tell Connor that they’re going to see Daddy soon. When Chloe walks up later, she’ll discover that they’ve vanished.
Dylan (Steve Burton) will be notified and he’ll quickly make an effort to find them. An APB and an Amber Alert will be sent out. Back at the penthouse, Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe will mull over how Chelsea pulled it off. Dylan will do some investigating and he’ll end up finding a secret passageway in Tuesday’s episode. It will lead to a shocking showdown between Dylan and Adam.
In the meantime, Adam and Chelsea will enjoy their reunion. They’ll talk about their relocation plan and look forward to their family’s future. Elsewhere, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will focus on her own future with Travis (Michael Roark). They’ll share some steamy kisses and start stripping.
Billy (Jason Thompson) will use his key to get in Victoria’s place. The half-dressed lovers will be miffed. Billy will point out that he just needs Johnny’s book. Victoria will leave the room to retrieve it, but Travis will express doubt about the nature of this visit. Likewise, Billy will be skeptical of Travis’ reason for pursuing Victoria. He’ll wonder if this is about her money.
Victoria will return and hand over the book. After Billy departs, Travis will question Victoria’s feelings. He won’t want Billy to always be hanging over them. Victoria will promise that her relationship with Billy is over. They’re connected through the kids, but their romance is long gone. Travis will be satisfied and their sex session will resume.
At Summer’s (Hunter King) apartment, Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) will grab her by the neck and urge Jack (Peter Bergman) to put his phone down. Jack will get updates on Luca’s confession. He’ll encourage Luca to calm down and Summer will beg him as well. They’ll suggest that Luca is a good man who made bad choices.
Luca will loosen his grip on Summer and the cops will be called. As Luca is hauled off, he’ll state that he really did love Summer. Nick (Joshua Morrow) will rush over to offer support. Jack will try to get in touch with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), but she won’t pick up.
At Top of the Tower, Phyllis will referee when Mariah (Camryn Grimes) lashes out at Daniel (Michael Graziedei). Mariah will hold Daniel responsible for Cassie’s (Camryn Grimes) death, but Daniel will offer his version of the story. Phyllis will excuse herself so they can chat.
Once they sort out the Cassie details, Mariah will open up about her friendship with Kevin. She’ll admit that she doesn’t want Chloe to hurt him. Daniel will think it’s sweet that Mariah is concerned for her friend. He’ll hint that there are some similarities between Mariah’s heart and Cassie’s.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Billy and Phyllis will have a heated encounter. After sharing an elevator again, Phyllis will pick up on Billy’s issues with Victoria’s new romance. She’ll murmur something about Billy’s feelings for his ex as she stomps off.
Billy will follow Phyllis and confront her about her statement. He’ll make it clear that Phyllis was the one he wanted. Billy would be with Phyllis right now if she hadn’t ended it. Phyllis will eventually admit that Jill (Jess Walton) is the reason she broke things off. She was forced to get back together with Jack.
Later on next week’s epsiodes, Y&R spoilers indicate that Billy will track down Jill and give her a piece of his mind. Will Billy get another chance to be with Phyllis or are they done for good? Stick with the CBS soap to see how Phyllis’ blackmail news will affect her love life.
