The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Judge Moxley Exposes Affair at Press Conference – Angry Victor Out On Bail

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Judge Moxley Exposes Affair at Press Conference – Angry Victor Out On Bail

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday’s episode, March 7, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will get out on bail next week and return to face challenges at the office. Victor will give Victoria (Amelia Heinle) a hard time about being a traitor.

Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will defend Victoria and point out that Victor deserves every bit of the turmoil he’s facing. It’s nothing compared to what Victor put Jack (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) through.

Victoria will let Victor know that she intends on holding a meeting with the board of directors. She’ll want Victor thrown out of the company. After Nikki and Victoria leave, Elise Moxley (Jensen Buchanan) will arrive. Victor will suggest that he’s happy Judge Moxley will be presiding over his case.

Judge Moxley will hint that she’s not pleased by the repeated use of this blackmail scheme. Nevertheless, the judge will add that she knows what she has to do. Later, Judge Moxley will hold a press conference at Top of the Tower.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nikki will watch nearby while Victor views the announcement on his computer. Judge Moxley will declare that she had an affair with Victor Newman and she’ll have to recuse herself from his case.

Victor could be in deep trouble. He was counting on a free pass to an acquittal, but he’s going to have his work cut out for him now. Of course, Nikki is losing her leverage in Noah’s (Robert Adamson) case as well.

It sounds like both Noah and Victor might have to face the music just like the other non-Newmans. They may be forced to earn their verdicts fair and square.

Meanwhile, Phyllis breaks another law and will urge Michael (Christian LeBlanc) to throw Victor’s case. Michael won’t go for it. That would go against everything he believes in and he could lose his license. Jack and Phyllis will have an intense confrontation over her reckless attitude.

Eventually, Phyllis will agree to try pursuing justice the right way but not before showing her bullying and dishonest character.

Michael will meet with Stitch (Sean Carrigan) and they’ll try to sort out the situation with Max (Jared Breeze). Dylan (Steve Burton) will advise Max to tell the social worker the truth. Max will confess that he exaggerated when he spoke with his teacher. He’ll state that his dad has never hurt him.

The social worker will keep Max until a judge can sign off. Abby (Melissa Ordway) will worry about what the future holds. Social services now has a file on Stitch and it could get ugly if anything else comes up. That’s not good news for their growing family.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will butter up Shawn (Devon Martinez) in an effort to adopt her baby. Sage has been concerned that Nick (Joshua Morrow) is going to blow this. She’ll want to do everything she can to make sure they receive the child they’re dreaming of.

Sage will accidentally offend Shawn when she’s joking around, but she’ll manage to smooth things over. However, it’s clear that Nick still has doubts about this adoption and Shawn may be having some, too. Y&R rumors suggests that Sage will struggle to keep it together in the coming weeks. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on how all of this will turn out.
