“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, February 5, tease that Patty (Stacy Haiduk) will return to shake things up. Y&R’s preview video shows Patty in Paul’s (Doug Davidson) office as she says, “Hey, Paulie. Long time no see.” Now that Patty has turned up, she’ll soon head back to Fairview where she belongs.
Of course, this will lead to major developments in the storyline involving Sage (Kelly Sullivan), Sharon (Sharon Case) and Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush). Patty could tell that something was up with the shady doc and she tried to warn Sharon. Patty’s efforts failed, but she now holds the key to unlocking all of Dr. Anderson’s secrets.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Sage will eventually introduce herself to Patty. Sage will realize that Patty is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs, but she’ll also understand that she could gain a lot of knowledge from her nutty acquaintance. Patty will drop some hints about the secrets she’s keeping and Sage will immediately work to gain her trust.
With any luck, Patty will reveal what she knows about evil Dr. Anderson and Sharon’s visible lack of a pregnancy. Once Sage gathers the clues, the whole case could blow wide open. Sage will likely discover that Sully isn’t Sharon’s baby, which means it’s just a matter of time until she learns Sully is actually Christian.
When Sage looks back on the sequence of events, it shouldn’t be too tough to figure out that Christian’s death was faked. Naturally, Sage will blame Dr. Anderson for everything. Dr. Anderson’s devious scheme will begin to unravel and it’s going to cause chaos.
In the meantime, Nick (Joshua Morrow) will decide to give Sharon updates on the situation. In Friday’s preview video, Nick tells Sharon that he can’t keep her in the dark any longer. Will Nick give Sharon big news about his plot with Sage? We’ll have to wait and see, but Nick should be careful.
Sharon still seems to be on Dr. Anderson’s side. She could easily blab something to her therapist bestie. Stick with the CBS soap to see if Dr. Anderson will find out what Nick and Sage are up to.
