The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, December 20, tease that Sharon (Sharon Case) will feel guilty about causing drama for Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind). It seems like Sharon and Nick (Joshua Morrow) fight constantly. Dylan (Steve Burton) won’t want Sharon to be so hard on herself. He’ll argue that Nick escalated the conflict.
Dylan will maintain that Sharon deserves to spend more time with her daughter. Meanwhile, an upset Faith will pick up her backpack and bolt out the window. At the ranch, Nick will tell Victor (Eric Braeden) that he wants to get lawyers involved. He won’t stand for Sharon overstepping the boundaries they’ve set in place.
Victor will contend that a messy court battle isn’t in Faith’s best interest. Nick will still be fuming over this situation. He’ll decide he needs to go get Faith before Sharon turns her against him. At Sharon’s place, Nick will show up and immediately start ranting. Dylan will interrupt the confrontation by revealing that Faith isn’t in her room.
Back at the ranch, Y&R spoilers say Nick will arrive with Dylan and Sharon. They’ll pass on the news of Faith’s disappearance and Victor will summon someone to search the grounds. Nikki will offer to hang around in case Faith arrives. Nick, Dylan and Sharon will head off in hopes of finding Faith ASAP.
Unfortunately, they won’t have any luck. When Dylan and Nick come back bickering, Nikki will send them to their corners. Sharon will walk in just as Victor calls with updates. He’ll explain that he found Faith in the stable. After hanging up, Victor will assure Faith that she’s safe with her grandpa. She won’t want to go inside yet, so Victor will try to make her feel better with a sweet chat.
Nick and Sharon will determine that it might be time to call a truce. Faith will never be happy if they keep this up. Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Christine (Laralee Bell) will question Paul’s (Doug Davidson) decision to put Dylan on a dangerous case. She’ll think it’s much too risky, especially considering how much Dylan has already been through.
Paul will argue that Dylan is the best fit for this particular case. He trusts his son and feels confident in his abilities. Christine will ask if Paul can live with putting Dylan in harm’s way. When Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) appears, Paul will inquire about the predicament Fenmore’s is facing. Lauren will suggest that she exaggerated when she told Paul about the trouble.
Paul will sense that there’s more to the story. When he pushes Lauren to confide in him, she’ll admit that it’s getting pretty bad. Lauren will note that she hasn’t spilled the details to Michael (Christian LeBlanc) yet. After witnessing a tender moment between Paul and Lauren, Christine will seem curious. Paul will speak with Christine privately about Lauren’s secret.
At the athletic club, Michael will take a look at Brash and Sassy’s lease. He’ll tell Jill (Jess Walton) that everything checks out. Michael won’t see anything that would allow Jack (Peter Bergman) to get rid of them. Nevertheless, he’ll hint that things could get tricky. Jack will make Jill and her crew miserable if they stay in that office space.
Michael will eventually open up about Lauren’s problems at work. After their conversation, Jill will run into Lauren. She’ll want to hear about Fenmore’s dilemma, but Lauren will urge her to butt out. Later, someone from work will call about another crisis. The stress is really piling up for Lauren.
Jill will be deep in thought as Lauren puts on a good face for dinner with Michael, Paul and Christine. The Young and the Restless fans will be anxious to see what’s in store.
