“The Young and the Restless” spoilers tease shocking drama that will have Y&R fans screaming for justice during the coming week’s episodes when Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will take Billy’s (Jason Thompson) advice and turn Victor (Eric Braeden) over to the police. Phyllis has been stewing over this for months. She’s finally ready to come clean about the ordeal and force Victor to face the music.

At the station, Phyllis will march in and inform Dylan (Steve Burton) that she wants to report a serious crime. Once Dylan gets updates on Phyllis’ story, he’ll undoubtedly want to see the proof. Fortunately, Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) has provided the confirmation the cops need. Paul (Doug Davidson) will take a look at the evidence and decide that they have enough to go on.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Paul will rush to Newman Enterprises and announce that Victor is under arrest. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will watch with a slight sense of glee nearby. They’re both fed up with Victor as well.

Now that the news about Marco (Peter Bergman) is rapidly spreading, Victor’s whole family is turning against him. Even Summer (Hunter King) could start to realize that Victor deserves to go down. Later this week, Victor will end up in the hospital surrounded by furious relatives. He’ll call them all traitors and yell that they should get out.

Victor will soon be headed to the courtroom. He’ll likely go on trial for his involvement with the evil drug lord who took Phyllis to bed. It’s should be satisfying to see Victor parading around in an orange jumpsuit. Y&R viewers have been waiting a long time for this moment.

Of course, we all know that Victor won’t face a harsh punishment. When does Victor ever truly pay? Alas, Victor will set up a deal that could get him off the hook. Still, this deal will come with major risks. Victor should at least suffer a smidge.

Victor may be able to handle the legal ramifications, but the family turmoil could be tougher to bear. After the battle is over, will anyone stand by Victor’s side? It’s going to be a while before Victor’s loved ones can let this go. Stick with “The Young and the Restless” to see if Victor can ever earn their forgiveness.
