“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers for Monday’s episode, March 28, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will decide he’ll have to play dirty. Fortunately, Victor is an expert when it comes to having a cruel mentality. A heated exchange between Victor and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will irritate the judge, but Victor will prepare his strategy during the recess.

Meanwhile, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will end up indulging in a glass of vodka at Top of the Tower. That’s not good news for this recovering alcoholic. Later, court will resume and Nikki will take the stand. Victor will talk about Nikki’s days as a stripper and she’ll admit that he gave her a better life.

Victor will also bring up that he stood by Nikki throughout her battle with the bottle. In fact, Victor will point out that he smells vodka on Nikki’s breath at that very moment. Phyllis will be asked about when she worked with Ian (Ray Wise). She’ll acknowledge that she had no problem doing it.

Jack (Peter Bergman) will be outraged when Victor mentions the allegations. He’ll indicate that this isn’t something they just made up. Victor committed the crimes he’s on trial for.

Victor will put Nick (Joshua Morrow) on the stand as well. He’ll try to play up the provider angle. Victor will show that his son was always taken care of.

Summer (Hunter King) will help Victor’s case by stating that he was the one who saved Phyllis. She’ll discuss how Victor tracked down the doctor who brought Phyllis out of her coma.

Abby (Melissa Ordway) will take her turn and the guilt will quickly get to her. Abby will sob and imply that she’s sorry for betraying her dad.

Victor will try to accuse Victoria (Amelia Heinle) of only being interested in taking over the company. As for Adam (Justin Hartley), Victor will suggest that the apple doesn’t far fall from the tree. He’ll claim Adam has ruthless tendencies just like his father.

Finally, “The Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that closing arguments will get underway. Christine (Laralee Bell) will insist that Victor isn’t above the law, no matter what he may think. She’ll push for the appropriate punishment for Victor’s evil deeds.

Victor will state that he had a rough start in life. He’ll explain that he was an orphan and he’s always just tried to survive. Victor will tearfully declare that everything he does is for his family.

It seems Victor has made a compelling case, but will he really get by with his despicable actions? Y&R viewers will be anxious to hear the verdict. Stay tuned for updates on the shocking outcome.
