The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Victor Fires Michael, Acts as Own Attorney – Phyllis Tries to Prevent Disbarment

“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) will send shockwaves through the courtroom on Firday’s episode and next week when he exposes Michael’s (Christian LeBlanc) true motives. Victor will insist that Michael isn’t defending him to the best of his abilities. He’ll argue that Michael’s intentional incompetence is glaring.

Victor will fire Michael and ask Judge Murray (James A. Watson, Jr.) if he can represent himself instead. The judge will probably warn that it’s not a great idea, but he’ll allow it. Victor will get the chance to question everyone who takes the stand.

Y&R spoilers say that’s going to lead to some intense showdowns.

Victor will happily take the reins, but that will leave Michael to face the consequences of his criminal actions. Of course, Michael knew what he was getting into. This was obviously a very dangerous game.

Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) offered the opportunity to back out, but Michael wanted to help. Now Michael’s going to need Phyllis’ assistance.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Phyllis will talk to Christine (Laralee Bell) about the pressure she put on Michael. She’ll try to convince Christine to go easy on him.

Phyllis won’t want Michael’s career to end because of her revenge mission. Phyllis wanted justice, but not at Michael’s expense. Unfortunately, Christine is one tough cookie and she may be difficult to wear down.

Nevertheless, Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) will stand by Michael as he tackles this crisis. They’ll try to come up with a good defense, but they’ll be ready to accept whatever the future holds.

Before Michael headed to court, he suggested they shouldn’t fear the costs of this endeavor.

However, there’s no doubt that Michael would like to keep his reputation intact if possible. Lauren and Michael will hope for the best, but they’ll prepare for the worst. Will Michael be disbarred for attempting to throw the case?

Stick with “The Young and the Restless” for updates on Michael’s potential punishment.

So Y&R fans, what do you think about the news that Victor will reveal Michael’s ruse? Is a disbarment on the way, it certainly should be, right? Will Victor thrive as his own attorney? Can Victor save himself from a lengthy prison sentence?
