“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers for tomorrow’s episode, Tuesday, April 26, tease that Victor (Eric Braeden) and Ian’s (Ray Wise) escape plan will take shape. Ian will hint that Dr. Gates (Alicia Coppola) could be their ticket out of prison.
She has a soft spot for Victor and they could make that work to their advantage.
Once the topic of Dr. Gates comes up and Ian thinks it would be a good idea to use her. Victor agrees and goes to shake Ian’s hand. Ian punches him instead, knowing it would secure a trip to the infirmary to get this started.
Once he’s there, Victor will ask Dr. Gates some questions about her past. She’ll seem annoyed by Victor’s insinuation that she’s hiding from something.
Dr. Gates will compare Victor to her father, Russell Gates. When Victor continues to pester her, Dr. Gates will send him back to his cell.
Victor will meet up with Ian and scold him for the punch. Ian will wonder what he learned and Victor will point out that Dr. Gates has issues with her father. Russell happens to be the head of the review board, so this strategy has some potential.
Victor will admit that Ian’s plot to include Dr. Gates is clever.
Elsewhere, Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) will return to Genoa City. Tuesday’s episode will reportedly mark Buchanan’s last appearance as Kyle. He’ll want another chance, but Summer (Hunter King) will let her old beau know that she’s moved on.
She wants to see where this romance with Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) leads. Kyle will fear Summer could get hurt, but she’ll hurry him back to New York. They’ll share one last kiss as Kyle heads out.
Luca will show up to comfort Summer. She’ll dry her tears and Luca will lean in for a kiss. Meanwhile, Mariah (Camryn Grimes) will have her own relationship issues to deal with.
Kevin’s (Greg Rikaart) romance with Natalie (Mara McCaffray) is changing him and Mariah won’t be happy about it.
When Natalie answers Kevin’s phone, Mariah will suffer in silence on the other end. Kevin and Natalie will happily indulge in Champagne, caviar and kisses. Mariah will run into them at Crimson Lights. She’ll imply that having money has brought on a terrible shift in Kevin’s personality.
Mariah will suggest she’s glad she didn’t get a cut.
Afterwards, Y&R spoilers reveal that a drunken Natalie will cause problems for Kevin. In a suite, Natalie will fall trying to lure Kevin to the bed and stub her toe coming out of the bathroom. Kevin will grab some ice to ease the pain, but Natalie will just pass out.
It’s clear that Natalie is becoming quite a handful.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Sharon (Sharon Case) will try conceal her sorrow over her fears about Sully. Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will be stumped when Sharon wants to stop investigating Nurse Stephens (Jill Lover). Once Sage leaves, Sharon will take action to secure proof of Sully’s true mother.
She’ll bag up Sage’s drinking glass and order a DNA test.
Later, Sage will eavesdrop as Mariah chats with Sharon. She’ll overhear Mariah mentioning Sharon’s miscarriage. Mariah will say it was amazing that Sharon got pregnant again so fast. It sounds like the pieces of the puzzle are coming together for Sage as well.
That’s undoubtedly going to mean bad news for Sharon and Dylan (Steve Burton). Stick with the CBS soap for updates on the drama that’s brewing.
