“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday’s episode, June 7, tease that Paul (Doug Davidson) will have a nagging suspicion that Adam (Justin Hartley) is right. Victor (Eric Braeden) may have framed his son for murder. Paul will tell Christine (Laralee Bell) that he intends on conducting a quiet investigation.
Christine won’t buy the idea that Adam was framed, but she’ll admit that she doesn’t want any unexpected revelations in court.
In prison, Ian (Ray Wise) will try to honor his deal with Adam. He’ll show Victor a newspaper headline about the murder charges. Ian will wonder how Victor framed Adam from behind bars. Victor will indicate that Adam alone is responsible.
Later, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) will pay Victor a visit. When she accuses Victor of causing the oil spill, he’ll shout that he’s tired of his kids blaming him for their issues. Elsewhere, Adam will urge Meredith (Alicia Coppola) to tell him anything that could point to Victor’s guilt. He’s convinced that Victor set him up, but he needs more than a hunch.
Y&R spoilers say Meredith will side with Victor and assure Adam that his father is innocent. Adam will contend that Meredith doesn’t know the real Victor. A short time later, Meredith will return to the infirmary for a chat with Vic. She’ll confess that she ran away after they shared an intimate moment. It was all too overwhelming.
Meredith was concerned about being unprofessional, but she’ll state that Victor needed to be aware of her trust. They’ll enjoy another make-out session. Meanwhile, Ian will announce that he has some news for Adam as they sit down in the visiting area. Stay tuned to see what Ian will divulge.
At Newman Enterprises, Nick (Joshua Morrow) won’t be happy when he hears about Luca’s (Miles Gaston Villanueva) involvement at the company. He’ll be even angrier when Summer (Hunter King) says they’re living together and they’ve fallen in love. Victoria will return to the office and defend the changes Luca has displayed.
She’ll say she hired Luca as a consultant, but Nick will suspect that something’s up.
Once Summer and Luca are gone, Victoria will mention her meeting with Victor. She’ll believe he might have minions on the outside. Nick will think Luca is secretly working for Victor, but Victoria will brush off the suggestion. At this point, Nick’s mind will jump to blackmail. He’ll wonder what Luca is holding over Victoria.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Sharon (Sharon Case) will be rattled by Paul and Dylan’s (Steve Burton) plans. She’ll learn they’re conducting an investigation and hope to find proof regarding the setup. In a private moment with Paul, Sharon will admit she’s fearful about Dylan going up against Victor.
Paul will promise that Dylan will be fine. He’ll shift his attention to an incoming message on his laptop. Paul will call Dylan to suggest they might have evidence pointing to a bribe. Someone may have been paid to tamper with the autopsy results.
Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will have some fears of her own and she’ll turn to Dylan for updates. When Dylan stays tight-lipped, Chelsea will take matters into her own hands. She’ll make a phone call and announce that she needs to see the person on the other end right away. Stick with the CBS soap to see how Chelsea will shake things up.
