The Young and the Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Max Attempts to Murder Abby, Splits Couple – Stitch Leaves Town With Son?

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers tease that Max (Jared Breeze) will try to keep his horrific actions under wraps. Of course, we know Max is fighting a losing battle. This secret is bound to blow eventually. Abby (Melissa Ordway) already suspects Max is responsible.

She just needs a way to bust the brutal brat.

Max is a sneaky kid and he’s done a decent job of covering his tracks. When you pair that with Stitch’s (Sean Carrigan) love for his son, it presents a huge problem. Stitch can’t seem to realize just how dangerous Max is. Since Abby holds an opposing view, this issue could really start to come between them.

Meanwhile, Max may up the ante. Who knows what this little monster is capable of? If Max was willing to kill his baby sister, The Young and the Restless spoilers ask if  he could make an attempt on Abby’s life next? Max may get his hands on a gun and try to take his stepmom out.

That might be the only thing that would make Stitch understand what he’s dealing with.

If Abby survives whatever Max has in store, she obviously won’t be able to stand him. Stitch might leave town with his son. He could get Max some help at a psychiatric facility. Stitch can’t let Max wreak any more havoc. Things could quickly escalate if Max doesn’t get the proper treatment.

Around the time of the fire last fall, there was a lot of “Young and the Restless” buzz about Sean Carrigan’s potential departure. Carrigan later confirmed it was just Y&R gossip that got out of hand, but his choice of words only raised more questions. In a tweet, Carrigan noted that Stitch would be “staying in Genoa City for a while.”

Hmm…for a while? How long is that? Most soap stars are quick to say they aren’t going anywhere when false departure buzz takes flight. Carrigan’s response makes us think he’s not sticking around indefinitely.

We also have to consider the possibility that Stitch could be killed off. What if Max’s murder plot takes a wrong turn? Could Max kill his own father by mistake? It would be an interesting twist that would leave Abby a widow and send Max off for urgent mental care.

Bottom line, there has to be an explosive end to all of this. It’s hard to top a murderous baby scheme and an epic staircase fall. We have to think big if we want to get an idea of what’s in the works. Stay tuned to “The Young and the Restless” for updates on the madness to come.

So Y&R fans, what do you think about the news that Stitch and Abby will be at odds over Max? What will Max’s next move be? Could Max try to murder Abby? Will Stitch be killed accidentally or perhaps just accompany his son elsewhere?
