The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that big changes are coming for Mariah (Camryn Grimes). Now that Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) are growing closer, Mariah is starting to let go. Then again, maybe it just seems that way since Mariah is so busy keeping Sharon’s (Sharon Case) secret.
Mariah doesn’t have time for much of anything else in her life right now, but she’s about to shift gears. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Patty (Stacy Haiduk) will go along with the plan Mariah proposed. Several outbursts should be enough to score Patty a trip to a more secure facility.
Mariah and Sharon will be relieved when they think Patty is out of the picture. Y&R spoilers say Mariah will attempt to get her life together as things settle down. Of course, this is just the calm before the storm. Sharon and Mariah will have to endure absolute chaos soon.
Patty will assume that Sharon plans on helping her escape, but that’s not going to happen. Sharon thinks this is a great idea, but it’s going to backfire. We know that GC Buzz will end up airing the truth about Sully. The Young and the Restless spoilers say the stunning report will lead to total turmoil.
There are a few possibilities here. Option one is that Patty could learn she’s been duped and send the info to the show in retaliation. If Patty could get her hands on a phone to stalk Sharon, she can surely find a way to contact Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Sharon would ultimately cause her own downfall by trying to pull one over on Patty.
Another option is that Patty will realize it was a trick, but she’ll manage to escape anyway. When Paul (Doug Davidson) thought Patty had gone missing, he scolded the staff for underestimating her. If Patty truly give them the slip, no one would be surprised. It wouldn’t be the first time Patty made a break for it.
In that case, Patty would be free to send the startling information. Regardless, Patty is the likely candidate when it comes to secret spillage. Sharon, Mariah, Patty and Nurse Stephens (Jill Lover) are the only people who know anything about this.
Mariah and Sharon obviously want to keep it quiet. Nurse Stephens probably doesn’t want to stir it up either. We haven’t heard a peep out of her in months. She would rather forget that she ever got involved with someone like Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush).
It makes sense that Patty will finally let the cat out of the bag. When there’s nothing left to gain from her silence, it will be the perfect moment to reveal all. Once the truth comes out, Sharon will be in deep trouble. She’ll try to shield Mariah from the blame, but her efforts will fail. Mariah will be in just as much hot water.
Mariah could be lumped in the town pariah category right along with Sharon. It’s a good thing they’ve been growing closer. They’re going to need support from each other in the coming weeks.
It should be interesting to see how Kevin reacts to Mariah’s deception. He’ll undoubtedly lash out at her, but Chloe’s secrets are even worse. Kevin is in for some shockers!
