“The Young and the Restless” (Y&R) spoilers reveal that major trouble is brewing on this week’s episodes. Of course, that’s always the case when Victor (Eric Braeden) is cooking up a plot. It seems Adam (Justin Hartley) may be roped into another one of Victor’s schemes.
Victor’s in prison, but that doesn’t mean he can’t influence Adam’s actions. We all know The Moustache has a tight grip on his son.
Adam will learn he’s been fired from his job and he’ll have a meeting with Victor a short time later. Victor will likely summon Adam to discuss what they should do about the family traitors and Newman Enterprises.
In Monday’s episode this week, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) delivers the news that she made a deal with Jabot. Victoria had a chance to crush the Abbotts and she blew it. Victor definitely won’t be pleased.
It’s no secret that Victor would like to see Adam take the throne at his company. In light of Adam’s job loss, could that be what Victor has in mind? It certainly sounds like a possibility. Adam may have a few ideas of his own about how they should handle Victoria.
Victor won’t be on board. It’s his way or the highway.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers indicate that Victor will announce he has another plan. Adam will look concerned by whatever’s going on in his father’s evil brain. It’s undoubtedly sneaky. As Victor gives his son orders, Adam will get all riled up. He’s just as stubborn as his old man.
Nevertheless, Adam may consider going along with Victor’s strategy. It appears Victor could have some competition though. Y&R spoilers suggest that Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will also have an intriguing proposal for Adam. He’s obviously going to have a couple of good options.
Chelsea will probably try to pull Adam out of the dragon’s lair. Will Chelsea’s efforts pay off or will Adam succumb to his fire-breathing father? Time will tell, but we’d bet on Victor emerging victorious. Whether Adam gives in now or later, his devious side will eventually rear its ugly head.
